Hello,I have been calling Randy at Eyeglass direct for the past hour and just get a busy signalAfter speaking with Paypal in reference to this situation they advised getting the lenses re-done by my optician (again who has used the OC with absolutely no problem in the past)The only thing I can do is mail you the defective/inaccurate lenses back for a full refundI am the middle man between Eyeglassdirect and my eye doctor… all I did was simply place an order based on my doctor’s prescription for my eyeglass frames which means I rely on the professionals to advise me, not the other way aroundI am awaiting further communication in reference to a refund.***
