Good Afternoon, We Will contact *** *** directly to discuss her deliveryWe will also have the warehouse Manager check if by any chance some items were left behindIn Addition, On the day of *** *** move the gentlemen in charge did a walk through more then three times to confirm
which household goods were staying in the storage facility and which ones were going on the truck. Items left behind are in the storage she had which the person present at the pick up knew also and Items left behind were based on her decisionInventory list was also done at the time of the pick of the items that were put into the truckThree gentlemen were also present at the pick up. I am rejecting this response because:I have called both *** *** and ** on 3/regarding this*** *** said that he would reach out to the driver and then let me know** said he would look into it and let management know so that they would reach out to me by the end of the dayCalled again on 3/because I didn't hear a response, ** informed me that management would be reaching out and sending me a formIt is now March 22ndNo call from managementNo follow upNo form.

I am rejecting this response because: I do not feel that the $is adequate recompense for the $in additional feesHad I know of the total cost of the move I would have chosen a different companyAt the very least if I had known before everything was boxed and packed into the truck, that I would be over, I could have left some items behindThe company is consistently blaming this debacle on a rouge employee which I feel is irresponsibleIf the company is not willing to refund the $I wish that my complaint be posted on their Revdex.com profile so that other customers will know that this company has some unscrupulous practices.

I am rejecting this response because:
The pictures of the stairs have been posted within this complaint for about a monthWhen do you intend to "look into it"?For the fourth time What was the "waiting fee for"?For the 4th timeWhy do I have documents with Different balances due?Your failure to address these questions at all pretty much shows the lack of integrity of Expert Van Lines. I will pursue my complaint with the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs as suggested by the Revdex.com since they also agree that there is a failure to resolve by the company.

I am rejecting this response because:The walk through that was done at my storage unit surrounded large furniture piecesThe items that were not packed on the truck include: leaf blower, chainsaw, dog statue, dog ex pens (3), pet blow dryer, box of books , PVC MACH bars, piece of luggage, wobble board and AC window unit. These items were not addressed in the broken communications I had with one of the men at my storage unit on day of pick upAgain, these items were left behind and not addressed/discussedFurthermore, when the deliver men arrived at my new home, my grandmothers mahogony dining room table is MIA as is my aluminum weave pole bases, flag poles, a tiered metallic folding plant stand and drill. Only men were here at delivery.In addition, as my email to the sales rep and her boss duly noted, none of my calls were answered or returned to address my concerns. It was again, evident that they were screening their callsI had friends call on different days moments after I tried and they answered on the first or second ringAs I also addressed with them in my email, which was NOT responded too, these items that were left behind in Vermont now hinder my ability to do my job as I am a professional dog groomer and trainer

Good Afternoon, We Apologize for the inconvenience, once again The claim is being paid out for more then what is worth. Company does not appreciate threats neither will they accept them , company has provided a service and a service was fulfilled any damages go to the claims dept. which based on what they were told came up with a settlement offer at more then what the claim is worth. Company is a business and will not pay to ship household goods for free.We deeply apologize once again but the settlement of the claim is more then fair. Thank You

Good Afternoon, All paper work was given to the customer. A waiting fee charged occur in which we also applied a discount towards. We spoke with driver since we were in contact with the customer and never received a complaint until now. If a fee was charged it was for a reason and we cannot recall neither can the driver. Furthermore, We did look into the stair charge and as you can see in the invoice at destination a $75.00 charge was applied . This charge has been addressed and we will be sending out a check for $75.00 to the customer. We also made a call to customer to inform him about the check and unfortunately he did not answer. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience once again  Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:Had my items been damaged by a natural disaster and the company offered me $500. I would respectfully accept the compensation.  But that's not what happened.  The people this company chose to move my personal items negligently damaged my property and should be held responsible.  They took the most expensive item on the truck, my dinning room table, turned it on its side, and rolled it across a hard surface causing the wood to scratch and dent. They either sat something heavy on top of my end table and broke the legs, or they stood on it.  This company's negligence caused the damage and if they cared anything about their reputation, their customers, or the quality of their work, they would provide sufficient compensation and take measures to assure this negligence is no longer repeated.  Instead they want to insult me with a low ball offer of $500.  What an insult.  As I said before, I will accept nothing less than a refund of half of the shipping cost (and that's me being generous).  Otherwise they can keep their $500 and I will gladly post an honest and accurate description of my experience with them.  I've done some checking and apparently I'm not the only person that has major issues with Expert Van Lines. I may be contacting some of them and consider collectively taking civil actions.

Good Afternoon, A walk through was done we provided you a service you agreed to the terms and you were delivered within our guidelines. The person at the delivery also stated you were satisfied with our service. Good Afternoon, Customer was given a $200.00 discount, Unfortunately when the driver got their he was charged a waiting fee of $300.00. The $200.00 came into effect and we even waived the additional $100.00 and covered that expense with the driver directly . Customer also moved with us in July of...

2017. Management followed up with customer as best as we could .Customer also had our contact number the same exact number we used when we would call to update him on his delivery and this is the first time we are hearing from him since he was delivered . Customer now is threatening to go to social media to talk bad about the Company , We informed customer he is more then welcome to do so. Company prides itself to provide best service as possible and will admit when wrong ,but not to hear anything for months and because customer has to pay taxes is totally unacceptable. Company has  done nothing wrong. Best of Luck thank you. Management

our trailers Breaking down during the busiest time of the year. We have since then acquired a few more trucks and trailers to insure all customers get delivered in a timely matter in the invite we have a truck brake down again. There will be compensation immediately credited to your account.
