Review: I purchased a package of 5 tests to study for the [redacted] test for my teaching degree. I took all the tests and then went to take the actual test and the test questions I purchased from Exam Edge were nothing close to the actual test questions. I contacted Exam Edge to let them know I was not satisfied with their products. The customer service representative told me to contact them to receive a refund. I kept the transcript of that conversation. I tried to use the Contact Us button on the website and it says it doesn't exist. I contacted them again and now I am getting no response at all, so now I have an issue with their customer service as well as the product/services.Desired Settlement: I just want to get a refund for the product/service that I was told I could receive in the beginning. I am able to provide a copy of the transcript.

Review: I purchased a bundle of 5 tests to study for the case management certification exam. While taking the bundle of tests I felt like had entered a strange new world, that has nothing to do with case management. I have five years of case management experience and am board certified as a Geriatric Nurse. The content of the sample tests were pretty much all based on concepts and memorization and very little on critical thinking skills. I started to panic knowing that these tests would not help me to pass the exam. I knew the CCM would never ask these kinds of questions, I tried taking the tests with an open book and could not find any of the questions in a recent case management book. Yesterday, three days before the exam, I purchased a practice test from The Case Management Society for almost $60 and finally I felt like I was on the same planet as the people who wrote these questions. I would not recommend Exam Edge to my worst enemey. Complete waste of money.Desired Settlement: Would like to let future candidates read this review and refund me my $49.75

Review: I purchased this product from Exam Edge, LLC doing business as [redacted]. I was looking for a study question test bank in order to become test ready for my professional Registered Nurse board exam (NCLEX RN). On their website, they advertise; (Finally, Realistic Practice Exams for your NCLEX Test with Detailed Explanations for Every Question!) The problem was that the detailed explanations were either TOTALLY wrong or they were not clear at all. Also, the answer choices to many questions had wrong or the same answer selection twice. Many misspelled words. Information is outdated and old not suitable for NCLEX RN April 2013 update done by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing. And to top everything off, when I tried reporting all of the errors, it took very long to obtain a response. At one point, they stopped answering my reports. They only answered me 3 times out of COUNTLESS REPORTS OF WRONG ANSWERS TO IMPORTANT QUESTIONS RELATED TO IMPORTANT INFO NEEDED TO PASS AND UNDERSTAND NURSING!!!! I found myself clicking the "REPORT A PROBLEM WITH THIS QUESTION" button for every other question!!!! Please run a spell check, update and correct ALL information to the NCSBN April 2013 updated standards, and give better customer service. This is unacceptable!!Desired Settlement: I will accept nothing less than a refund.

Review: Chief complaint: Unethical business transaction
On Nov 18th 2013, I visited the website Paraproprep.com under the company, Exam Edge LLC. I decided to contact a customer service agent by the name of "[redacted]" because I was interested in purchasing materials for exam preparation. There was no customer service phone number and contact was initiated through a "chat agent." After getting verification that this was a legitimate site, I created my new account with user name and password. I proceeded to the payment using a [redacted] credit card. The transaction posted immediately and I received a statement from the President of the company that an e mail receipt would be sent out to the mail address provided. However, when I tried to access the website to begin a test prep, the site told me that there is no such account associated with the username and password.. I know for a fact that both username and password were correct and received confirmation from customer service. This was the same account used to pay for services that were never delivered. I contacted the same agent ([redacted]) that had given me the information earlier. She was unsuccessful in fixing the problem and told me to contact both [email protected] and [email protected]. No resolution or response was given.
The end result is that I have paid for a service that I cannot access. I never received a receipt for services for which my account has already been charged. I find this practice both unethical and fraudulent and do not wish to do business again. I have spoken to my Credit card company who is aware of this situation as well. If Exam Edge LLC chooses not to respond, I will wait until the transaction has posted and begin to proceed with a fraud complaint as well.
I look forward to a response from you assisting me with resolving this matter.
The end result is that I have paid for a service that I cannot access. I never received a receipt for services for which my account has already been charged. Once again, ubless the situation is resolved, I will be proceeding with fraud charges against the company.

She has already completed one of the exams. At this point there are no remaining issues with her account and she is able access her exams, she has also been sent a copy of her receipt.
