Exam Edge is more of a fraudulent company than a legitimate one. I purchased the 5 test bundle for an upcoming Principal test, and the format was not even the same as the real test. This company will not adequately prepare anyone for a state test because the material is outdated, and missing major components of the exam. I took the first exam, and the scores would not load up. Even though I could see where all questions were answered, the agent, Leon insisted that I hadn't taken a test! Customer service was a total waste of time, and I hate that I did not visit the review first. Buyers beware, don't waste your hard earned money on Exam Edge!

I purchased a 5 pack of tests to prepare me for a specialty subject exam. There wasn't a single question of the 600 that prepared me for my exam. The test pack was the equivalent of me teaching a student the letters in the alphabet and then proceeding to give them a reading test. The majority the questions I purchased were lower level questions and did not reflect the test. The Certification test I took was situational and had nothing to do with the 5 exam that I practiced.

I used their test preparation for approximately one month. I contacted the online chat and chatted with [redacted] about the pass rate. Leon stated the pass rate for the exam was 90% if you purchase all five tests. I purchased all five tests and took the test today and when I took the test this company's exams did not help me at all. I don't want a refund because I was stupid enough to buy into their false advertising. I do want this company to be known for decieving their consumers. Out of 500 total review questions there were possibly 3 questions on the test that were possibly related. I am not looking for the same questions to be on the test; however the material they are giving for review should be somewhat close to what is on the test; rather taking the test felt like I never studied. I gave one month of my life to study for this exam using this company's exams and they failed me. I consistently tried to contact the online chat person and they kept giving me the run around when I asked them how many other customers they had and what their statistics for the pass rate of individiuals who used their company were.Desired Settlement: I want consumers to know Exam Edge's www.ceoemiddlelevelscience.com is giving false advertising in regards to the OSAT Middle Science Exam. If they give me a refund then that will be justice enough; however I don't expect if from this poorly run company. An honest answer from the company would be great as well.

examedge.com is a fraud. I ordered the wrong test by mistake and there chat services tells me to email or call them. The phone number provided never picks up and they never reply back by email. The rep just told me to be patient and they will get back to me. They never did. This company is a scam.

I used a bundle of 10 of their practice exams to prepare for the Praxis II MIddle School Math Content test. It helped me a lot. I failed the first 3 practice exams. But I used mathisfun.com and purplemath.com and a few other sites to review and practice on whatever I missed. My practice test scores jumped and I was doing well.

Keep in mind you should buy one practice test from Praxis because a few things might be a bit different. For instance in the real test for some for questions you have to type in the answer and on the practice tests it was all multiple guess.

But these practice tests were a huge help to me. I needed a 165 to pass and I got a 184 on the first try. At $120/test, I don't need to tell anyone why I wanted to pass the first time.

Review: First of all, while using these assessments I found and reported many grammatical errors and typos. I also found the answers in the explanations did not match up with the test question on a significant number of questions.

Most importantly, the questions on these tests were not similar at all to those on the actual assessment and therefore the time used to study with these assessments were a waste of time. I would not recommend these tests to anyone preparing for the CPACE. Sadly disappointed in all the time and trust I put in this product.Desired Settlement: I'm requesting a full refund and request that this company stop selling this assessment product to consumers.

I went to the companies web site http://www.myexamhelp.com/exam/CHC/contactus.cfm and logged in to purchase practice exams. I chose the one I wanted then proceeded to the pay screen. At this point I get the message " We are sorry for the inconvenience, but an error has occurred

The error has been sent to the support team for review. Again, we apologize for the issue'. I have tried multiple times and it does not work. I called the number listed for support ###-###-####, got a voice mail and left message. I also sent and email to the support team. Both have been over a week ago and no one responds. If this business is closed, please have someone up date page to reflect that. No one returns calls or emails you back. That would be fine if they would at least fix their web page so that you can purchase the product they are advertising.

Review: I purchased several CPC (certified professional coder) test exams from this company. While taking the exams, I came across questions that were not in correct format. In the CPT (current procedural terminology) manual codes are ALL 5 digits. ALL of them. On their tests they have questions regarding CPT where the answers are all in "87.1" or "98.6" or "65.1" format. This format does not exist. There is NO method to find out the answers to these questions with their fairytale answers. I tried contacting their online support and they were NOT knowledgeable whatsoever. They had absolutely no idea what I was talking about, had no knowledge of procedural coding, and actually gave me an email address of someone to contact who MAY know the answer. My test is coming up in a couple of weeks; I don't have time for this. This website is a joke; and not a funny one at that since they are taking people's money.Desired Settlement: I would like my money returned seeing as these tests (yes I ordered all 5 of them) incorporate material that does not exist. The numerical format "56.4" does NOT exist in the 2013 CPT manual, the 2013 ICD-9 manual, or the 2013 HCPCS manual. These are the three books I will be using for my profession - I know them front to back and I also know when something isn't in them. Any three digit codes DO NOT EXIST. Refund please. And please have this site review their materials as they obviously don't know anything about the profession they are trying to "help".

Review: On July 9, I signed up for a free trial of the Exam Edge Praxis Prep Mathematics Practice Test. I received an email stating that if I purchased a test bundle by 11:59pm PST then I would get a certain discount. The email listed a number of available bundles from 35 tests down to 5 and I decided that the 15 test bundle would work best for me. When I clicked to order, the only available bundles were 20, 10, and 5. I clicked on Live Chat to inquire and started chatting with [redacted] from Exam Edge. She stated that the 15 test bundle was not available for the test I want, leaving me with the choice to purchase the 20 test bundle or the 10. The 20 test bundle was $10 more than what the 15 test bundle was advertised. I had 12 days until my test and felt that 20 was too much and 10 was too few. [redacted] suggested I purchase the bundle of 10 and the bundle of 5, which would cost me $10 more than the 20 test bundle and $20 more than what the 15 was advertised.

The email consistently mentioned the specific test which I would be taking - [redacted] II Mathematics, so I do not understand why the list of bundles would be generalized. Either they need to make the bundle advertisement specific to match the test or they need a disclaimer stating that the bundles listed are a general list and certain bundles may not be available for all tests.

I need the product so I ended up paying for the 20 test bundle, even though I will not have time to use it all. Prior to ordering, I got permission to order the 15 test bundle so I ended up spending $10 more than I received permission to do. I am really good at word of mouth advertising but this makes me not want to promote a business that is not clear or truthful as to what it offers.Desired Settlement: I would like Exam Edge to correct their emails to offer truthful information. I believe there would be many people using their product that may have to get an amount approved and it makes it very difficult when that amount is not valid. $10 may not seem like a lot of difference but it is to someone who is looking for a job and does not have one yet.

I would also like an apology.... a realization that this is not an ethical advertising practice. I realize things are learned over time. I just want to know that they have learned from this and will work to fix it.

Review: This is an online practice test sight that advertises preparation for the Prasix II Educational Leadership and Administration examination. It offers a free timed test that is scored and the answers explained. Once the site has your information, it then offers a 10 question free exam (vs. the 95 question exam discussed in the advertisement). After taking the 10 minute, 10 question exam, the scoring showed only 5/10 were correctly answered. Review (which is an option offered for all questions answered, correct or incorrect) of 2 of the 5 "incorrectly" answered questions were misrepresented questions. One question was a health and safety issue question. The "correct answer" was supervision, but when the answer was explained, it completely eluded to the safety issues with a mere mention of possible missupervision. Another question was completely inaccurate of how school districts hire personnel. There were no possible correct answer choices due to this incorrect senerio! After "failing" the companies' free test, in big, bold, red letter, it offers that PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT, so $$$BUY the full test version of 95 questions for $64.99 or some ridiculous price. The feeling of failure is immediate and intense, which leads to buying a test which is obviously full of incorrect information, which does the exact opposite of preparing educators for the exam. This site IS NOT APPROVED BY THE PRAXIS ADMINISTRATION! I did not purchase the test, because I did not let this failure deter me from examining deeply into their "correct answers" only to find them completely INCORRECT THEMSELVESDesired Settlement: Removal from the internet and registered with the Revdex.com as being removed for false/incorrect information used during advertisement and testing of product to encourage purchase of a more extensive (and most likely incorrect) product. Also, this product does the exact opposite of what it advertises. Instead of helping educators prepare for this exam, it actually provides incorrect information that will cause for incorrect answering of questions on the real examination.
