I received a marketing phone call from Flash Payments wanting me to convert to their payment processing system. The caller was extremely aggressive and when I politely advised her I was busy with customers and that she would have to call me back, she became unbelievably *** and said things like "what's more important, helping the one customer you have in your store or the long term savings for your business by staying on the phone with me". She would not stop talking and being ***, so I said goodbye and hung up the phone. The next day I received another phone call from Flash Payments and this time it was a male caller. I immediately told him I was not interested in speaking further about Flash Payments and that the lady on the day prior was aggressive and ***. He stated "Of course she was aggressive. We are salespeople and that's the way sales people are - aggressive". I then stated "are you FLIPPIN kidding me, I have a successful business and I am certainly not aggressive and *** to my clients. He stated "now who's being ***, you are swearing at me!". I was not aware that FLIPPIN was a swear word. I then quickly hung up on him.

. I was on the phone and busy. and I said I will call him back. He said: manager please. I said no manager (we are a small family company). He said anyone but you.

When agent offer Flashpayment service he emailed me that I can try it for a month and return equipment if I wanted anytime . Email stated that :
Flash Payments is pleased to inform you that any merchants signing the newest agreement dated September, 1st 2012 or later will not be held to an early termination fee (ETF) as it has officially been done away with, giving client's considerable peace of mind when choosing us as your payment partner.
Once I received equipment I also received email from *** with different rates . I emailed agent back asked him remove terminal and cancel contact immediately. They call me back and after Long- long phone conversation they said they will cancel contact and pick up payment terminal . Its been 3 month and I Still getting charged even after cancellation

those people are repeeing off there customers they signed my service for 15 dollars a month for my company *** after one month the charged me 200 dollar extra for internet setup fee which was not declosed upon sign up than they start charging me 30 dollars hidden fee for internet service which was not even disclosed by them than agin they started charging me $10 not even disclosed upon contract than to reach there sales rap it tooks 2 months still in process if you don't wana get riped off don't take there services.
