This was my first experience buying a luxury watch and the thought of buying from an online source made me slightly uncomfortable. After reading many online reviews, I decided to pull the trigger and buy from Ermitage. My prior reservations quickly dissolved. The staff at Ermitage answered all questions I had, always promptly and in a friendly manner. They helped me select the watch that would be right for me and worked with me on the shipping date so it would be delivered when it was convenient for me. The timepiece I received was just as advertised and displayed. I would recommend Ermitage without reservation and will certainly be working with them again

After several extremely disappointing visits to local jewelry shops in North Carolina where I was offered a pittance for a Rolex and Omega flight master, I sent Ermitage detailed photos of the two watches and descriptions. I quickly was given a range of values depending on condition and as this was in the range I had hoped for, sent the two Fedex to Peter at Ermitage. He called right away, discussed the condition of the two and came up with a price from them that I felt was quite fair and I must say 4 times what I had been offered by the shops in NC which I suspect were trying to fleece me. The check arrived immediately and has been used to buy a new GPS for my airplane. Great experience

I visited their website but didn't want to buy online so when in town stopped by the store. My salesperson, Liz, remembered me from my phone call a week earlier and had found watch close to what I wanted. They did not have the watch in the store but told me it was in perfect condition. I decided to order the pair of watches, seeing the ladies and not the men's. When they arrived they were better than described, both could pass for new. My wife could not believe how good her watch looked, an outcome I had hoped for. I was treated like a person by Liz, she showed her products and let them sell themselves. She never pushed anything on me or tried to talk me into something I didn't want. This was an excellent buying experience and can't wait to do business with them again.
