I have purchased (2) [redacted] watches (Day Date President/Submariner Serti) from Ermitage Jewelers and have been completely satisfied with those purchases. Items were exactly as described (both in excellent condition). Their staff is knowledgeable and the value is more than fair. I will continue to buy watches from them and would recommend this business for anyone in the market for a perfect pre-owned Rolex.

My experience of selling a Rolex to Ermitage has been a happy and easy process. The offer was more than fair and the Fedex turn around to get watch to Ermitage was quick and cost me nothing. Just hours after my watch arrived at their shop they called and after a most pleasant conversation a fair (and perhaps generous) offer was made for my older watch. The payment was quickly sent by wire to my bank. The whole process took less than 4 working days was pleasant and very professionally handled. I would certainly use Ermitage again.

I bought a pre-owned [redacted] Datejust at Ermitage. It was delivered by [redacted] the next day and the watch exceeded my expectation. I couldn't tell it from new with the exception of a little stretch in the bracelet and it keeps perfect time. Customer service was first class. Found them through a Google search. My [redacted] needed service and I did not want to send it out. Went to Ermitage while visiting family in Atlanta. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and their initial estimate for the cleaning and repairs came out exactly as quoted. Watch was ready for pickup as promised at my next visit to Atlanta and runs perfectly and looks like new.

I must admit I was a little fearful and apprehensive initially to do an online purchase for such an expensive item [redacted] GMT Master II)...your staff (Veronika) was very courteous, helpful and not "pushy" (as others do which turns you off).. delivery was on time as promised..you live up to your advertisement of "hassle-free" and "best value".

All other jewelers I contacted were misleading or some what evasive in there answers about questions I had about their merchandise, which had made me apprehensive about trusting any online Jewelers. I just received my Rolex Date 14k from Ermitage Jewelers, LLC. I had been looking at this watch on their website for quite a while, but was apprehensive about buying such an expensive item over the Internet. I finally broke down and ordered it. I received a confirmation within a few hours of my order, and the watch arrived via FEDEX 2 days later, just as promised. The watch is exactly as pictured on the website and is absolutely stunning. My only regret is waiting so long to order it. I cannot be happier with the item or Ermitage's handling of the transaction.

I almost never submit reviews...but in the case of Ermitage Jewelers I have to make an exception.
I had a 1985 Stainless Submariner that I had for a long time and meant the world to me...so much so that I gifted it to my son for his high school graduation. I can say that it was truly a gift from my heart.
Well, I had no idea how much I would miss that timepiece, even though I had a stainless and gold Perpetual Datejust to wear...
After wrestling with this issue I decided to buy another Submariner and after an exhaustive search and many reviews I decided to buy pre-owned and settled on Ermitage to provide the timepiece.
I could not believe the pricing was so reasonable (comparatively) and the guarantee and reviews sealed the deal. I recommend talking to Liz...she was wonderful. I am a large fellow and knew the bracelet would need a couple of links added...they did this service for FREE..WOW. The watch had been serviced (a 500.00 value) and shipped to me free and no sales tax. Needless to say...amazing, truly amazing. The watch came in 2 days..packaged beautifully and it is exquisite..for 65% of what a new one would cost and flawless.
