We were able to trade in our timeshare through this company. It was a lengthly process but we were finally able to unload our property.

The process was long but the end result was worth it.

We bought a time share intrawest and maintenance fees went up every year and unable to book vacation without spending hours searching..... We were offered to trade it in with Sirenis for any days and no maintenance fees....... But they kept calling and offering to sell it back to us so that we could make more money selling it ourselves or renting......we always refused, I wanted no part of it and wanted them to keep promises to take it away.......finally after 2 years Victor came into the picture and quickly and professionally sold it for us, thank you very much, definitely would recommend EAS and Victor P..

Berenice R., thank you for following through with the transfer of our timeshare. It took some time, however I do understand that sometimes things are more complicated than we expect, but all has been cleared and transferred and once again just want to thank Equity Acquisition Services and Berenice for her perserverance in tackling our transaction.

This was a very difficult thing to accomplish with 6 contracts. It took time but it got accomplish and I am very happy that this very difficult situation is over. They did an excellent job.

We, *** used Equity Acquisition Services a year or two ago to sell some Morritts properties in the Cayman Islands. They were successful keeping us in the loop the entire time. When we wished to sell a Grand Luxxe property in Mexica we contacted them again. Alas they unfortunately don't dela with those. Our loss.
Bottom line we were happy and went back.

When my husband and I decided to buy into the Mayan Palace in Mexico in Dec. of 2012, they took his week at a Florida resort and my week at the Morritt's Tortuga Club in Grand Cayman in trade (plus some more money, of course!). Equity Acquisition Services handled my trade-in in a professional and courteous way. Even though it took quite awhile to complete the trade-in, I wasn't worried because the Mayan Palace had already accepted the negotiations, and we began using the resort.

I want to say a big "thank you to Neil P. and Victor for helping us trade our timeshare in. They responded quickly and communication throughout the process was excellent.

In 2012 I purchased a Time Share in Mexico and chose to sell my Aruba Time Share at the Divi village. It took a long time for the transfer to process but it eventually did.

Back in 2013 on a visit to the Grand Mayan in Playa Del Carmen we were approached to trade in our current time share as a deposit on the Vida/Bliss program. As we already owned several weeks in Australia we decided that this would make it simpler to have it all in one place.
However, it did not work out exactly as planned. We had four weeks in Korora Bay Village, Coffs Harbour and our daughter had one week, plus we had 3 weeks in Vacation Village at Port Macquarie.
After about 12 months of constant emails back & forth our 4 weeks were accepted but because our daughter's week was under an official deed Korora bay would not allow the release of that week. The same applied to our weeks at Vacation Village. So eventually we did not achieve the results we desired of reducing our number of weeks at all.
However, we have had no problems using the Vida/bliss weeks in our RCI exchange program and as our daughter lives in the USA we will be using our home resort on a regular basis.

It took almost two years to resolve the sale of my timeshares. It was a very difficult process and EAS was not much help with the process.

I wanted to take a moment to compliment Equity Acquisitions Services on selling our time share with Blue Green. At the time EAS was known as Travel Around the World and we were assisted by Mauricio R. They have subsequently changed there name. They were professional and polite. It took some time for them to complete the process, but that was do to the seller, Blue Green, not our agent at Travel around the World. I was very appreciative of their help and their competence. They completely held up their end of the bargain.

In December, 2012, we worked through Equity Acquisiton Services to trade our week at the Royal Islander Club in St. Maarten toward the purchase of a week with Vidanta Resorts in Mexico. It was a very long process taking several months that included many phone calls and a ton of documents. It took awhile for us to find a representativeMauricio Ramirezwho we felt was diligently working on our behalf to get this transaction completed. But in the end, it was completed and we had no further complications. This was five years ago, and I trust that by now Equity Acquisition Services has streamlined its process and can complete transfers in a more expeditious manner.

Equity Acquisitions based both in Cancun, Mexico and Fort Lauderdale has helped us get rid of a nuisance time share, called Rancho Banderas which is situated in Puerto Vallarta in Nayarit, Mexico. If anyone should read this review, please and never buy any timeshare with *** This place is run by Crooked Canadian, *** You will never get to enjoy your timeshare. Although documentations with Equity Acquisition seem to point out that we no longer own any portion of Rancho Banderas, this is Mexico, which means anything goes. Equity A. seems to have paid my supposedly bail out money of 1000.00 USD on my behalf to secure my clearance of my ownership and Rancho Banderas has not bothered me since. If all is definitely true then Equity A. has done their job. It took them more than a year to get this clearance.

Equity Acquisition Services is the only company I use when booking in foreign countries. Not only do they offer me competitive pricing but make sure the hotel and area is safe while travelling . I love how thorough they are and warn me if the hotel charges anything extra and what to expect . On my last trip I also received a nice gift . An engagement ring from my fiancée and one of the companies staff members met us and treated us to dinner. Name me another company that goes above and beyond like this ?
