In the beginning I received some paperwork that I had questions about
and wished to speak with somebody about. I got very frustrated when I
tried multiple times to call , the phone rang but would go dead. I e-mailed
my concerns. I received a phone call back from Neil P, explaining they were not aware there was a problem with their phone until I told them.
Neil answered all my questions and alleviated all my anxiety. The information
I discussed was sent to me in an e-mail, so I would have confirmation in
writing. There are a lot of blogs posted on the internet, but you shouldn't
believe everything. I will say this is the TRUTH. Berenice has done an
excellent job keeping me updated throughout the process and they have
been true to their word. It has been a pleasure working with them.

This was my first time using AirBnb and Benjamin made it very easy. He was friendly, informative and quick to respond to my questions. He reserved a wonderful place for me. I would definitely use his services again. Thank you Benjamin!

Equity Acquisition Services was very responsive to my e-mails and inquiries. I was trying to sell (give) a timeshare to them and they went out of their way to assist me. Through no fault of their own I had to go in another direction but they walked me through the process and even reimbursed me for an additional fee I had to pay another company. I worked with Fabiola who always returned e-mails and even called me at home to keep me updated. I did eventually give back my timeshare to the original company I got it from and the process did take a long time. However, EAS was very helpful and I would not hessitate to recommend their services to anyone. It is a legitament company.

Equity Acquisition Services was able to achieve a successful outcome regarding release of our time share obligation even when the time share company completely changed the rules in the course of the process and refused to cooperate. It is to Equity Acquisition Services' credit that they persevered and after a very lengthy process eventually achieved an outcome in everyone's best interests. Although it took more time than we would have liked, both Neil and Fabiola always communicated with us and showed integrity at all times.

Benjamin was fantastic and a pleasure to book through. He was at all times extremely responsive, courteous and understanding of my individual travel needs. He quickly worked to answer my questions and address some quirky requirements. A sense of humor was just an added bonus that made working with him a real pleasure. My friends and I used Equity Aquisitions Services to book a last minute time share. They found us a great place, the transaction went smoothly, and we quickly received our confirmation information via email. Once we arrived at our destination the check-in process was quick and easy. We stayed at the Sunset Fisherman in Playa Del Carmen. It was a boutique style resort that exceeded our expectations. The staff members were friendly and accommodating; we felt like old friends or family. There were daily activities like yoga and cooking classes included in our stay. We felt it was great value for what we payed. We will definitely use Equity Aquisition Services again for our next vacation; they certainly delivered!

Giorgio was great to deal with and quick to respond to emails. The boat is very well equipped with everything you need - and an excellent shower which wasn't expected on a boat!. The outdoor sitting areas were great.
Giorgio and Bernardo, the boat manager, couldn't do enough to make our stay more enjoyable. Giorgio was constantly on hand to make sure everything was ok .

I have nothing but great things to say about this company and it employees!! Their customer service is stellar and professionalism is excellent. I am thankful for all the hard work and persistence they put into complete my transfer, it was a pleasure doing business with them!!

To whom it may concern,
*** and *** purchased a member ship (Time Share) in the program of the Rancho Banderas property in Nuevo Mexico, agreement # X-XXXXX. We purchased in January 27,1999. We tried to book some time in January/February for many years but were never able to achieve same. We finally just gave up and decided to get out of the arrangement. We attempted to communicate with the management of the resort, but got no where. Finally we contacted Equity Acquisition Services and started the process of surrendering our time share back to the resort. For a time, we thought we were not going to do much better than we had before, until Mr. Neil P. came forward. He took over the file or at the very least, became the individual that communicated with us to a final and satisfactory conclusion. Thank you Sir.

They provided me with the forms, and easy to follow steps to complete and help me along the way. It went smoothly and efficiently.

Equity Acquisition Services was very helpful and pleasant in releasing our obligation for our time share in Florida. We purchased at the Grand Luxx and are really enjoying their resorts. The time was rather long almost a year but in the meantime we were not responsible for any fees for our timeshare. I would not hesitate referring them to anyone else.

EAS worked very hard to transfer our timeshare and did a great job! I would definitely use them again if I needed to.

We purchased a Grand Luxxe at Vidanta in 2015. It was one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had. Vidanta completely mislead us in the presentation. Many facts were misrepresented. After we signed the paperwork with Vidanta, they were not at all responsive in helping us complete the transaction of trading in our timeshares like they promised. After a lot of run around from several employees at Equity Acquisitions Services, we finally connected with ***. Once we were in contact with *** it took several months but he was eventually able to complete the transaction. I would have preferred a little more communication but am relieved it was taken care of.

Although the process took a long time once Berenice became involved she expedited and was very proactive and efficient. The timeshare is off our hands and I highly recommend.

After months, if not a year or two of trying to get VIDA vacations or their representative to take our Sapphire Beach Club resort in trade like they promised, we finally were put in contact with Victor P. from Equity Acquisitions Services and within a month or so we were finally able to get out from under the constant barrage of emails and letters from Sapphire to pay our maintenance fees. It was a horrible experience not knowing if we were going to be stuck with our 3 timeshares we 'traded' in for the Grand Mayan resorts managed by Vidanta. But we finally got all 3 of them cleared of our ownership and their maintenance fees and I have to credit Victor with getting this done. He was persistent in following up with us and getting done what needed to be done. That was a huge relief for us as we felt we were one of millions of people who have seemingly been burned by the timeshare industry. I cannot speak for any other EAS employees or their company, I can just vouch that this guy named Victor who is employed by EAS got us out of our prior timeshares.

EAS did get the job done. It took considerable time, but when dealing with government agencies, what can one expect. Also timeshares companies do not want to give up a paying owner. Thanks to Berenice and E A S My time shares are gone. Thanks

First, I never write reviews like this. I simply neither have the time or interest. But, when I received this request for an honest evaluation from the person I worked with, I felt I could write a very positive, if brief, review.
After a long quiet period, I finally re-contacted EAS to resolve my long-standing problem & was absolutely amazed at their efficiency in resolving the sale of my time share. Their communication was excellent as they guided me through every step of the process. Most impressive: sale was completed within 2 weeks of my re-engaging contact with EAS. Victor P. was excellent & most professional. I would highly recommend this company as they quickly resolved my long-term problem.

It does take a good deal of time but I worked with Chris and he was very professional and kept me informed on all the steps. If I had to sell another time share I would be more than happy to work with this company

During sale of our time share the company would not initially accept to release us from the contract. However EQT was doing a good job by facilitating a number of phone calls to the company and with us participating. This was at the end giving a good result and the timeshare could be sold by EQT.
