Please be advised that I received a telephone call from Enterprise that they are dropping the claim against me for damage to the rental car I am completely satisfied with this resolution and this satisfactory resolution should be reflected in your public account of the case(I don't recall receiving an earlier communication from Revdex.com asking for my response to the resolution) In any event, thank you very very much for your help with this[redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] It is true that we dropped off the car at [redacted] of Burlington, and we really appreciate that [redacted] helped us with a rented car during our car’s recall.We arranged a place, day and time to return the rented vehicle, and the personal of Enterprise wasn’t there to check the carIt is their responsibility to be there or assign a representative, as [redacted] were to check any damageAs you said, they checked “no damage” in the report.Reading again all the letters that Enterprise sent to me, I found a letter saying “LRG DENT ON TAILGATE BY PLATE”, that seems to be more accurate to the damage that we admittedUnfortunately, it doesn’t detail anything else about the damage or about the repair costsOtherwise, it only asks for the insurance contact or credit card information to process the payment, without details.It was after that, when Enterprise sent another note with pictures and a quote of a damage that it’s different than the one claimed in the first note.It came to my attention, that there is another claim at Revdex.com with similar characteristicsIn that case, Enterprise is claiming a small dent, when the customer says that the car was in perfect condition.Enterprise should review all this contradictory information (“no damage” in report, large dent in first note, large damage in following note), and re-arrange all their process to maintain their business in order, and give sincerely information to their customers and offer us a good experience.The last email that I received from Enterprise says that we can “negotiate” thisBut, this is not a negotiation, Enterprise is claiming something that is false, and contradictory with their previous communication.At this point, I consider all of this a big loss of the “quite enjoyment” of my life that must be considered in the resolution.Regards, [redacted]
Area Manager [redacted] has spoken with the customer at lengthOriginally the customer was supposed to keep the car for one week but ended up keeping it for four weeks and daysThey discussed the new charges and came to an agreement about the billThe outstanding balance on the bill was also discussed [redacted] has offered to split the difference for the inconvenience and confusionThey are set to discuss the matter again this week thank you,

Please indicate the [redacted] location and rental agreement & claim number so we can research this claim with the appropriate Risk department

The refund was processed via the credit card the customer used
