This company is a SCAM!!! I had a filtration system installed, and since I've had it, it's never worked. I tried to contact this company to have the issue resolved and NO ONE returns my calls, I constantly get the run around, and I never get a straight answer. I am no longer paying for the system considering it has never worked. I refuse to pay for a system that has never worked since I've had I wish I never would've have gotten this installed. The only reason I gave this company a star is because I had to, otherwise I would've not given them any stars because they don't deserve them!
We have received the complaint initiated by Ms. S at the Revdex.com regarding your water treatment system. I have called repeatedly since Nov 1th leaving several messages at both phone 352-651-8313 and 352-476-1901 without response.
We cannot assist you if you do not contact us. We would like to know what number you are attempting to call to reach us and the nature of your issue with your system. Our phone is staffed during normal business hours. We have no record of either phone listed in your file calling us back to your purchase date of 6-16-2018.
We will continue attempting contact until the issue is resolved.
I've had my water softener 7 months, I has only worked for 2. I haven't received any of the additional products that the sales women promised either!
My system stopped working after a month. I had my wife , and my son both callto schedule service to no avail. Once I stopped making payments , I had immediate response. Only to be in the same situation approximately one month later. The technician never knocked on the door , just replaced the battery and left a service ticket in the door, stating that the battery was replaced. My system is supposed to be solar powered, but the batteries die after 30 days!
System has not performed even after being "repaired " . I've called multiple times to schedule service with no reply at all. At this point I'll rather purchase another system from a more reliable company!
We have contacted the customer and walked him through the registration process for the soaps.
Bought a water softener from this company and they installed it putting the drain from the softener directly into the septic clean out drain . This caused out septic to clog with toilet paper backing up all our plumbing. We had to stay with family and friends to shower and such until we could get a plumber out. We have pictures of the faulty installation and want reimbursement for damages. Not to mention the unhealthy drinking water we now have. And no one at the company will respond!!!!! Outrageous!!!
Our call logs show we have been in contact with the customer. We are waiting on the requested documentation. We have also made multiple attempts to contact the customer since.
Never received promised gift card
We were promised a visa gift card if we had a sales representative come out to our house to show us their water filtering system. The sales pitch was upwards of 2.5 hours long, he said we would receive our gift card within 5-7 business days, and it has been 3.5 weeks. We have tried calling, but have been unsuccessful. I just want our gift card that was promised to us, and for the company to follow through on their word.

I apologize for the delay. I will personally make sure it goes out today.
Mathew came and did his presentation and we were suppose to receive our gift cards the very next day. It has been 10 days and still no gift cards $150
8/19/19 a representative of entek came into our house and did his presentation, which took about 2 hours. We were told that our gifts cards would be here on 8/20/19 when they came back to test the water again. I called and have gotten no response. It has now been 10 days and we are still waiting for our $150 dollar gift card. I do have all my paperwork.
I just want my gift cards that were promised to me.

Their salesman, Bill *** or *** (XXX-XXX-XXXX), promised me a $100 gift card and after 3 months I still have not received it.
I received an ad in the mail about a free home water test in return for a $100 gift card. I contacted the company and was assured that regardless if I bought their product that I would receive the $100 gift card. Their salesman came to my home and gave his sales presentation and again assured me that I would receive a $100 gift card. I ended up buying the water treatment system because I actually liked the product and not just to get the gift card, but I was assured once again that I would receive the gift card within a week. That was in January and it is now April. I have been in contact with a man named Bill Baker or Barker who has over the last 3 months told me through text messages that he was "looking into it" but never contacts me back.
I want the $100 gift card that I was promise and I want Bill Baker or Barker to apologize to me personally.

Thank you for purchasing our system. I spoke with the Entek Dealer, Daystar (Sanford, FL), that offered the gift card promotion. My understanding is that the $100 gift card offer had been resolved as of 4-18-19. Sorry for the inconvenience. We take great pride in our reputation, products and promotions to make sure we deliver on our promises.
