After ending and cancelling their "free risk" trial on the agreed date where no further charges would be applied against my checking account; they still charged my personal checking account (after I was told no further charges were to be taken from any account) and when contacted customer service was rude and unprofessional. Then only offered me 50% back after they wrongfully charged my account t. And when I spoke with their representative He ("George" the supposed supervisor) told me that my account/trial was cancelled before they were supposed to charged me but my cancellation was not processed fast enough before I was charged. He then advised me that he was going to talk to his boss for a full refund and I would hear back from him within 24 business hours. It has now been over a week. I have called and have not been able to contact "George" for he's not in nor has he called back when I left my phone number with his associate. The reason for cancellation was the product(Clarity X) did not work and my trial period was going to end.

We have no record of this customer and upon our customer service contacting the customer we found that the customer ordered from a different company.

They claim that somewhere, in some small print, in some very long and wordy document located somewhere on their web site, it states that if the customer does not call some phone number they are AUTOMATICALLY agreeing to buy their product. When I called the company customer service number to stop the order and stop them billing my CC, and get a refund, they basically told me that it was my fault because I automatically agreed to buying their product by not calling to cancel after receiving the free sample. Now my CC has been charged for product that I did not order and do not want.
I can only find a third party customer service phone number - and they say they can not assist me with a refund. What are my choices here to get them to refund the money they took from me?

On 1/20/2018 I purchased items with no disclaimer for the price of $4.95.I recieved the products. I was not been made aware that they were trail products on the on-line advertisment. On 1/26/2018 I recieved overdraft fee on my account for $89.92.I called the merchant customer care line for Triple M Labs to resolve the issue.They only refunded me $42.34 to my account.I canceled the products and they still charge my account.This needs to stop instantly! Not honoring agreement
I purchased the product on 12/8/17. They emphasized a "return of full price if not satisfied".No time limit was mentioned.
In late January I called for an RMA as instructed only to be told that they changed their policy on 1/1/18 to a "no returns" policy and would not honor the agreement that was in place when I bought it. They also said I exceeded the 30 limit which I wasn't told about.
I want them to honor their word and return my money.

I accepted their offer to refund my money but I have yet to see the money returned to my credit card. Discover said it sometimes takes 2-3 weeks to get a refund on a credit card. So, I would like to extend the date on this complaint for a couple of weeks to give them more time.
If my money is not refunded by March 15 then I will assume they lied to me again.

It has been 26 days and the refund they say they sent to my Discover card has not come through. Discover said it might take up to 2 weeks to show up.
I contacted Discover again this morning and they are going to contact the business themselves and get my money back. Discover said they would keep me posted on their progress. Meanwhile, Discover will refund the $97.49 themselves until Enhance Mind IQ actually refunds my money.

Purchased a bottle of Enhance Mind IQ 12/20/17 with on-line ad #59.9. While checking out an offer popped up a Free Bottle Trial Offer pay $4.99 S&H. Then the recommended Enhanced Omega offer popped for $28. I had already purchased the $59.99 bottle and thought this sounds good, it has a 60day refund. I took the Enhance Mind IQ for 34 days and didn't see any results so I called customer service at 8664828277 and spoke to a man named Randy. I told him I wanted to return my order it didn't work for me Enhance Mind IQ gave him the order#XXXXXX from my packing slip. He said that wasn't the right order#, he showed order#XXXXXX. It was then he told me there were no refunds, sales were final, but if I were to try it a little longer I'd probably see results. He said what he could do was send me another bottle at no cost. I said ok I guess. I started to ask about the other bottle of Enhance Mind IQ and the Enhance Omega and he cut me short saying I'd have to call back, he could only discuss on item at a time. I then called customer service at 8552277214 and was asked what product I was calling about and told her Enhance Mind IQ and she said your not calling about the Enhanced Omega, I said well, yeah I guess I got it too. After giving her my information she told me I had a total of 4 orders, Order#XXXXXX,#XXXXXX,#XXXXXX,#XXXXXX, and #XXXXXX which was for the Enhanced Omega. I asked how could that happen and she said I didn't cancel the 14day Trial period on 1/4/2018 so it auto shipped.. and my credit card was just charged $90 something that day 1/24/18 for another shipment. She told me all sales were final, I couldn't get a refund, maybe she could get me something $47 and change. I told her no. She closed the auto ship said that would stop shipments. I said I never got another shipment from 1/4/2018 and was told she could only discuss one order per call, I'd have to call back. So I called the 8665720453 number gave them my information and told them I wanted a refund for the Enhance Mind IQ and the Enhanced Omega still under 60day guarantee and an RMA for all the bottles I would need to return for credit. This girl told me NO REFUNDS ALL SALES WERE FINAL, no RMAs my account was closed and there was change in policy. I could hear the other lady saying she closed the account. This is where I was really getting MAD! The girl put on her supervisor after all 3of them had told me there was no one to talk to and he turned out to be the Randy I spoke to the first time. After being told again that they were a 3rd party customer service, I asked him for a phone number, email address anything where I could speak to someone from Enhance Mind IQ. He told me there were no numbers or email addresses.
I want everything refunded and credited back to my credit card.

I didn't order this Enhanced Mind IQ product, I found the order up with 5 for a charge of $189.99. I called to cancel the order before the order was shipped.and called the costomer service and was told the policy was changed and all sales are final and no refunds. I received the box today and would like to return all product which is all unopened. The "third party" company I contacted through the supplied customer service number, informed me that Enhance Mind IQ is no longer accepting returns. The charges are $189.99 and $107.98, which is a lot and I'd like to return this unwanted product and receive my money back.

I ordered this Enhanced Mind IQ product, I only wanted 1 bottle, I ended up with 5 for a charge of $189.99. I called to cancel the order and was told that I had to wait til I got the product, then call the customer service number to get a RMA (Return Merchandise Authourization number. I got the product on Saturday, and called for the RMA number today. Was told the policy was changed on Friday and all sales are final and no RMA numbers can be generated and no refunds. I do not want the product, I just want my money back.

Like many others with complaints about this company, I ordered a "free" trial bottle of Enhance Mind IQ to see if my IQ would be enhanced to the point where I wouldn't fall for bogus claims made for some products marketed on the internet. I obviously didn't perform as advertised as I was charged $44. and change for the "Free" trial bottle and then began receiving un-ordered bottles on a monthly basis. These bottles of non-functional pills seem to be worth plenty to the seller, who charge over $99.00 per bottle - all without invoice or receipt.
I have contacted my bank and they informed me that they will probably take legal action against this totally fraudulent supplier in the near future. When the number listed on the shipping label is called, all you get is an extremely garbled message in partial French.
The product exhibits no quantifiable results, they ship product that is not ordered and the price per bottle is absurdly high. Stay away!

Ordering your product has been the worst experience I've ever had with ordering anything.
Once I hit the buy button (Aug 24th) I thought the 5 bottle Enhanced IQ was $29 for 5 bottles and I saw it was $29 a bottle and I ordered 5 bottles. So I immediately emailed to cancel the order. Of course thinking this is normal customer service that everyone has cancellations by email. I didn't think about it again until late Oct when I received a bottle of Enhanced ZZZ which I added to my order. I tried to email to cancel and saw that it said to call to cancel.
I called on Nov 7th to cancel. I then realized I was charged for the 5 bottles of the Enhanced IQ that I thought I cancelled. I was also charged for a Enhanced Sleep on Sept 28th as well as the bottle I received on Oct 28th.
I never received the 5 bottles of the Enhanced IQ or the bottle of the Enhanced ZZZ in Sept. You can track them and see the US postal service says they were delivered but I never got them. The 5 bottles is too big for my mailbox. If I had received them I would have called immediately to cancel since I didn't want to spend that amount of money. This is why I emailed minutes after ordering them.
The 3rd party customer service center is no help. They credited me for the one bottle of Enhanced ZZZ that I received but that's it.
I've been charged for the 5 bottles of Enhanced IQ and the 1 bottle of Enhanced ZZZ. All of which I never received. They told me to talk to the post office. Really? This is how you handle customer service.
Then I receive a box 10 days ago with 5 bottles of Enhanced IQ and 1 bottle of ZZZ. This was at least a week after I cancelled everything by phone. I called today and asked why. Asking for a refund. The fact that one phone number can't handle both products is also ridiculous! So again after spending 45minutes on the phone they said it must have been a re-shipment since I didn't receive the first one. I don't want it. I just want my money back. I mailed a letter to Enhance Mind IQ because no one would talk to me about it over the phone. They just said mail a letter. I mailed it twice - Nov 30, 2016 and March 6, 2017. I know it was a while ago but I just saw that you helped other people get their money back. I don't want these pills and never did! They charged me over $300. Please help.

I'm happy to give them my email and phone number again. The only way I can contact them is through US postal service - this is what I was told when I called their #800 customer service number. They said they are just a 3rd party service and can not help with returns or billing issues. I sent letters to Enhance Mind IQ to try and resolve. The issue is still not resolved.

I trusted Enhanced Mind IQ to mail the remaining $92.62 refund to me which they haven't. I've called 5 times. Customer Service (which is a 3rd party) can not help. I'm just told someone will call me back. They never do. So frustrating that this company lied AGAIN.
I can not return these items and stop delivery. The billing continues, however, I cannot stop payment and is billed monthly. False Advertising of Free Trial of medicine that is charged to your acct in 13 days of day of order. Another shipment charged without authorization.
I agreed to Free 14 Day Trial 9/6/17 for "Enhance Mind IQ" was charged to my credit card acct $4.95 shipping plus $1.99 for ins. not agreed to. On Sept 19, $89.92 was charged less than 13 days from order date not receipt of product date. On Oct 10 was charged $94.87 for automatic shipment not agreed too. All charges are to "Pure Focus"XXX-XXX-XXXX or XXX-XXX-XXXX. Their website does not mention you need to cancel within 13 days of this order nor automatic shipments. Their terms of agreement if you can find it after hunting for it, says you can cancel in 30 days. You can not tell if a medicine that is suppose to improve your thinking works in one day or even 30 days. But they only give you 13 of 14 days promised. I called and after speaking to 3 different reps, I finally got credit for $89.92 on Oct 26,2017 for one of the two chgs which they conveniently applied to 2nd shipment instead of the trial & did close the acct. They refuse to apply it to the trial order so that they could claim it was too late. My call was within 30 days of the 2nd shipment & I still am within 30 days on that one. This company is performing false advertising and praying on the elderly & poor at high price for pills that no one knows if it works. There operators are highly trained to overcome all objections and you have to be very persistent to even get one deduction. I request that they be stopped and forced to pay all persons including me who have asked for full refunds of both charges to be refunded asap. A FREE TRIAL is a free trial. If that is not enough, there is never any mention of even the price of this drug on their web site anywhere or in advertising. I still hope you will be able to put pressure on this company to do business fairly and quit taking people for their money falsely with not one but 3 ways: 14 day unfair trial period when 30 days is in their terms, charging for free trial, automatic shipments.
I guess only thing you can do is to request that they refund my Free Trial charge which was not free at all and no mention in any of the terms regarding the charge, how much or when I would be charged. WOW! The Revdex.com does have influence. I got a phone message the very next day after you sent the complaint. I didn't have time to respond that day. He called again the following day and wanted to know what they could do to satisfy me regarding Revdex.com complaint. I will send you that voice mail next FYI and phone #'s given. I told him that I wanted complete refund of the $89.92 charged on the 13th day for the FREE TRIAL and reasons why this was unfair business. No argument. Said he would give me a credit and asked that I report back the satisfaction of my complaint to the Revdex.com. Checked this am and the two credits are on my acct.
Below is the email received after the call on Fri. Today, Mon, the credit was on my bill? I also told him that I had planned to call the MD Attorney General office and the FTC but would not if I got the credit. I also mentioned that there are many other people who have been treated unfairly and they should refund to everyone who has called to complain. He didn't seem to be too interested in my advice though. Just wanted to make it quick....no questions asked. I never give reviews on web sites. But I just might tell me story and to be sure notify the Revdex.com to get action. If you still want any copies of my charges, let me know. But I think you have all the info already. All my charges were to Pure Focus at the FL address that I gave you. There seems to be to different addresses in FL if I remember.

They charged me for more bottles than I ordered.
I returned the product and they won't give me my money back. The customer service people are rude.
I want to get my money back but since I lost my tracking number they will not refund my money. This company waits until the consumer calls before refunding any money. They hope that when you call you will have lost your tracking number and therefore do not have to refund any money. It's a shame for a company to do that to someone.
