Bought the product online. Changed my mind,and sent product back for refund. Sent product back within a week of arrival. I purchased product 3/19/2018
On 3/15/2018 I bought Enhance Mind IQ , 3201 West Hillsborough ave. Suite 1532011144/ Tampa, Fl 33684-9998.After I watched the sales pitch again I realized I made a mistake. The charge to my visa debit card was $189.99. I sent it back unopened for a refund with the return # XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX that I was give after numerous attempts to contact the company. The original order number is # XXXXXX.
I haven't heard a word from the company .
Then around the same time frame they sent me some other supplement, which I didn't even order, and charged my card for # 39.99.This product is called Omega Enhance BoGo upsell and the order # XXXXXX. I returned it also unopened.
I just want a refund. And I don't want this company to contact me again. I also want them to delete my bank information.

Advertised as a Free Trail.Didn't say anything about having to cancel as to not receive another shipment.They also advertised an Omega Enhance Upsell Trail for $4.99,Order Number XXXXXX,which I bought.Once again, ad didn't say anthing about having to cancel as to not receive another product.I received an email saying they were sending me the next shipment of both products(which they had billed my credit card for (without my permission).I called customer service to tell them I didn't ask for a another shipment, and I wanted to cancel.They said it was too late to cancel, but they would credit me $50 for both products.These products were expensive.I would have never made a purchase for this price,plus the product didn't even work.What a SCAM!!! The ad didn't say anything about a automatic renewal for either of the products.I demand a full refund, and these people need to be shut down.

On 6 December 2017 I ordered some pills called "Brain 360" and would be free if I would pay the shipping of $4.95. I received the pills right away. On 21 December 2017, I was billed another $89.73 for the same product and from the same company. I called my bank and they tried to resolve the issue and the payment was made with a credit card. They had no success. I contacted the company with both phone numbers (the other phone number is ***) and both said that they had no information in their computer by my name, zip code, credit card number or the order number (***) which is the order number which the product was sent by and which it was billed by. Our Customer Service Department has attempted multiple times to reach out, but have been unable to get in contact with the customer. We have no record of this customer, and found that they ordered a product called "Brain 360" from a different company.

On Feb 6TH, AT ABOUT 6 AM I viewed my Facebook and tried to play one video about mind enhancement or something. I tried to click the video many times but it would not open. I then saw an option to "read more" when I clicked "read more", I filled out a form with my name, address, credit card # and mailing address. I entered the info, but did not finish the form, and tried to go back because I only wanted to watch a video, not make a purchase. I exited out of Facebook.
I checked my bank account and there was no charge. I checked the next day, and there was still no charge. But the next day, they charged $189.99 from a company called FOCUS ENHANCE- with telephone number (866) 591-8310. When I called this number to try and get a refund, I heard "044: Sorry you are having trouble . please call customer service..."
I then received product in the mail, that I did not order. On the same day, I went to the post office to return the packet and wrote on the packaging, return to sender. I do not want this product.
One Sunday, I checked my card account and saw the charges again for 189.99, from the same company. I called my credit card company and was told that I had to wait till the next business day to dispute the charge. When I called the bank, they stated that my first dispute is already closed, and they cannot reopen it. They claim that I was unable to show that I returned the first package. They asked me for the tracking number but I did not have it at the time. I explained that the post office allowed me to return the package but did not provide a tracking #. The card co said there was nothing they can do without the tracking #. I was able to find the original mail received from the business and was able to get my tracking number that the card company needed to dispute the charge. The post office was able to provide my tracking number. I wrote it down, but needed a printed out copy. I was able to prove that the package was returned but now My card company is stating they cannot dispute the same amount for the same company because the case is closed, and are sending me to the merchant for a resolution. The merchant is saying they cannot do anything because the case is closed. I requested to speak with a bank manager who requested that I speak with the merchant manager, and be sure that the merchant received the package. The merchant continues to say the case is closed, even though I returned their product.
I had my granddaughter call in and she spoke with Chakita- XXXXX who stated that the dispute is with the bank, and I need to contact the bank.
After the bank said they would not reopen my dispute, I told them I would file a complaint with Revdex.com. I then reviewed the profile and read so many complaints.
The last time I called my credit card company and asked if I returned the merchandise on Feb 21, why am I being charged again in march 14th The response was that I did not complete the return correctly. I was supposed to call first. But the call to the merchant did not go through, there was an error message.

3-28-2018, This is a Big SCAM, Bait and switch. I ordered a trail of 39.99. someone with a thick Filipino accent called me within 10 seconds and said they offer a package that is 189.99. I told her 3 times that I selected the 39.99 trail bottle, she was very pushy and kept repeating herself. I finally told her to cancel the order, she said ok. A few days later a charge of 189.99 posted on my credit card. Run from this company!!!!!!!!

This request is about unauthorized charges and unresolved refund disputes.
My complaint that I had signed up for a special offer and an additional product that was a free trial in February 3, 2018 from Enhance Mind IQ. I used the product for 8 days seeing no result at all so requested the return and cancelation as it indicated that it has to be done within 14 of the shipment. So I did. My latent discovery was to find as unauthorized charges to my credit card for additional amounts that was not canceled at the same time with the other returns. Make it worst the and already issued refunds that they authorized for the merchandises had never been deposited into my credit card.
The company swishes between Enhance Mind IQ and the Enhance Omega the informations and the abilities of the representatives even after 14 customer service calls plus two 3-way conversation between the Bank *** Visa) they Enhance Mind IQ and the Enhance Omega representatives and myself could not resolve.
Even though I have cancelled and returned the products, and they issued refund (taped phone) and even received the bank transection numbers, which should of credited my Bank account of the $189.99 and the $87.63, it is still unresolved as of 3-26-2018.
The Service Reps has no authority and there is no other way to continue to resolve this with the company as there is no information, phone, or website to find them. I had even given my personal phone number to be called by higher supervisor or company representative on this matter. No one responded and this is not an acceptable business conduct.
Detailed explanation of the complain
I had ordered this product, Enhance Mind IQ 5 for a charge of $189.99 with a "try or bonus" product of Enhance Omega. When I received the 5+1 bottles it came with no information, invoice or even contact or website address to the Company or Q&A. All the 5+1 bottles was shipped in a soft envelope with only the shipping label and return info.
I had tried it for 8 days twice day with not providing me a slightest result or changes as it promised. So, I contacted the only number I had, the customer service 866 513-4691 talked with John and asked to cancel and return the product as it did not worked for me. He given the RMA number and I had promptly returned all 5 Enhance Mind IQ bottles to Tampa FL within they 14 day policy.
After 2 weeks awaiting they still did not issued a return refund so I called (3-6-2018) finally received an phone and than an email confirmation of 189.99 transferred back to my account. I thought It was final but the problem had just beginning. Now with the received cancelation, and refund notification, and 8 phone call later the Bank transfer number issued to the refund (3-6-218) from Enhance Mind IQ products returned, .. I had still had not received the deposit of $189.99 to my Visa account.
Attention: conformation came from Flawless Complexion to issue the refund!?
I called numerous times back customer service to get closer to this nightmare but with no success just even twisting further away between this different companies and order numbers. No result.
First: they say it was a problem when I canceled the original order/returned, it had canceled the 5 bottle Enhance Mind IQ and the "trial" bottleEnhance Omega was still not canceled as that is a different company?? And because Enhance Mind IQ and the Enhance Omega is 2 different company and each customer representative can deal with only ONE issue and ONE company at the time. Hmm...Simply, (waisting time and going in the circle) so the informations never complete and therefore not resolved, Cancel on one, not transfers to the other.... and... now I am informed that not only the transections of refund not -or cannot be completed as dated that it was, and I was already charged top of that extra $ 87.63 (2-18-2018) for the trial bottle that I had not cancelled when.... OK?
After 4 more additional calls to customer service, and one of this a 3-way conversation with the Bank (as they requested for verification) to confirm that this refund had never arrived to credit my Visa account?? ...maybe because of the 2 company or 3 this far including Flawless Complexion who issued the $189.99 refund cannot really know what is truly happening?
All companies have a same address and only phone number for connection is the customer service number which I learned numerous as signed to the reps. The order date 2-3-2018 all started with ONE original order and order number is XXXXXX, one shipment, one company name Enhance Mind IQ, and of course one customer service phone number to call.
The story even gets worst as I now aware that Enhance Omega had charged my account an additionally shipment as of (3-17-218) again for $ 92.62 when I already given the cancel Stop all shipment and bank transfer number for reimbursement. Is this a joke?
At this point it is a fraud of unauthorized shipment of product which been canceled and wanting to be resolved and clear in GOOD FATE! I had spent time and effort to find resolution to this truly unprofessional repeated conduct.

NO I am not at all a satisfied customer. And, yes, on April 02, 2018, the customer service Manager did called and offered a partial resolution that sounded good in concerning the Enhance Omega unauthorized shipments and charges as the sub/created orders XXXXXX and XXXXXX. Offering full refunds on those transactions of a $92.62 and $87.63 and "promised" to be refunded to my Visa account 24-48 HRs. Sound good right? I am still waiting. The compony is total FROUD.
Enhance Mind IQ and Enhanced Omega are the same company and they also use many other names. They raps/managers give authorized refunds only on paper and not complete with Bank transactions for DEPOSIT the funds back.
So, NO it is not resolved !
Please note the Original Order XXXXXX for the EnhanceMind IQ, which is still waiting of the refund of the full $189.99 and all merchandise was returned/ authorized for refund/ and my Bank Visa Account from 03-06, 2018 still not received the transfer. No matter how many transection number and email note, they just keep you awaiting those can not be traced by the bank to make the company liable.
In short anything they "authorized"and promised me they did NOT delivered.

No, I am not satisfied with the company's efforts. As the two unauthorized charges that was made by this company Triple M Labs/Enhance Ming IQ-Enhance Omega for the Trial. (used with the original) shipment/charges are still unresolved and the company did not demonstrate any action towards correcting it up to today.
New Development update:
A partial refund for the original order #XXXXXX issued and received on 04-24-2018 for $185.00 by Cashier's check from Enhance M Media (see attached copy) after the 2 months battle with the company! However this is just a partial resolution.
Explanation:
This Trial Enhance Omega fish oil, offer that was attached to with the original order as a bonus gift trial and payed together (charged $4.00) and received together from the company. Shipment that arrived on 2-7-2018 called the customer service to cancel the products 2-17-2018 lessen than the given trial days (14) shipment was returned with the RAM#XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX to the warehouse by 2020-2018. This was the refund I had had just received on 4-24-2018 for all returned merchandises.
1. Note: What had not been addressed and acted on is the two separate charges after cancellation.
The day after my requesting cancel and return the merchandise; my bank VISA #4982 was charged for $87.63 on 2-18-2018 for the trial bottle, under a separate order number (XXXXXX) from a company Enhance Omega (name change from Enhance Mind IQ) And again, used the card 03-17-2018 for $92.62 (order #XXXXXX) after all orders was cancelled and on the way returned. Called many times with no result until...

They acted after received Revdex.com dispute note on 04-02-2018, reply was from a Customer Service Managers - Erving #XXXXX - first called to stop the dispute in promise he make sure that all orders canceled and all refund issued and returned into my Visa Card. Sent me an email on the same day, notes of the refund orders (see attachment).
However this promise was again never delivered into my Visa card and deposited as of 4-25-2018. The two extra charges total of $180.25 ($87.63 + $92.62) still unresolved and not acted on.
Also please note the deceptive pun game. As asked by the customer service representatives 3 separate times to set up a 3-way verification between the company representative, the SESLOC bank representative of the issuer of Visa *** and myself *** by this by this conning company's request and to verify the transaction validity? Those dates was: 3-14-2018 and 4-10-2018 all with same result.
There was not transaction refund made by the company (in any names and amounts)and no reimbursement as of today 4-25-2018 in any form.

I used my credit card to pay for shipping fo a free sample.I did not get my free sample nor was I charged$4.99 on my Discover card.Instead they sent me a bottle of Enhanced IQ I did not order and billed me $89.92on 2/20/18 TWICE.On 3/12/18 they billed me$94.87 Twice. I didn't authorize these charges on my card nor read any where in the fine print that this would be a recurring charge.I only authorize the $4.99 charge which never showed up on my Discover card.Once they had my credit card # they put random charges on my card that was definitely not authorized by me.When I called them the person I talked to made absolutely no sense.So I explained What I wanted ( a refund back to my card and no more charges made to my card ).So far no refund. 3/12/2018 placed an order.I was unable to change my ship to address and after authorizing my card for $149.99 I called to cancel. No issues with customer service or order cancellation. On 3/15/2018 they somehow obtained my current address and placed a new order without my permission for the amount of $189.99.
I would like for them to completely delete my information from their system. I do not want any further association with them. I fear they will again use my credit card information without my permission and continue to place orders that I then will have to cancel. 3/28/2018 - My dispute with this company has been resolved. They have assured me, in writing that my account has been deactivated so that no other orders can be made. Erving, CS Manager, went out of his way to get approval from "upper management" to deactivate my account. However, I will continue to monitor my account for any future activity from this company or any of it's other DBA's

I signed up for 1 free bottle of "Enhance Mind IQ" and agreed to pay $4.95 for shipping. After that the ad continued to make new offers for more products. I refused all of them. However, when the last page came up, they had a huge bill in my name that I hadn't agreed to, so I didn't go further to finish the order. I even tried to back up, but that wasn't allowed. I thought since I hadn't finished the order, I would be all right.
However. I received a package of 5 bottles, but I couldn't find a charge under their name. Later, I noticed a bill under the name of "GETENHANCEMUSCLE" for $135.98 on 3/8/18 and so I called to see what that was for. That charge turned out to be for 5 bottles of "Enhance Mind IQ". I objected, and he said that he would refund 20% of my money if I would at least try the product before sending it back, just in case I liked it, but that I could get 100% of my money back after trying it for 90 days. Since he wouldn't give me all of my money back, I agreed to try it, thinking 20% was better than nothing. No refund came.
While looking for the refund, I notice another charge for $28 that I hadn't noticed before and called back in. This person thought I was calling about a $189.99 charge under a different name, "WIS*BUYWISEFOCUS" on the same date, with a different phone number. That is how I learned they were actually the same company with another bogus charge. He said he saw where the other person had agreed to send me the 20% refund and he would send me a 40% refund on the $189.99 charge instead. I asked him what the charge was for and it was for 6 bottles of 3 different products that I had not ordered. However, there was an unopened package on my desk from them, so I assumed that it held those products. He gave me an address to return the products, which I agreed to do.
Then I asked him about the $28 charge on the same date, which he said was for one more bottle of "Enhance Mind IQ". I asked if it was also in the same package. He said, "Yes." I said I wanted all of my money back, because I didn't order them. He said I could return them, but I would be charged a $5 per bottle restocking fee. Now I was really upset. I am not going to return them at my expense and then be charged $5 per bottle more for products that I never ordered in the first place. This is such a racket with crooked business practices
After I hung up, I opened the package only to discover that the single bottle for $28 was not in the package, so I called him back to tell him and he said they had a record of it being delivered. I told him that I did not receive it, and he said I would be charged for it just the same.
My husband ordered a free trial bottle where you only pay $6. for shipping. Next thing, we receive 5 bottles and a bill for $149.99. This was never agreed to. Why would you want 4 more bottles until you know you like the first. The customer service number was disconnected. The pills are simply B12 and Folic acid. This company is a complete scam. I want my order cancelled and I want to be refunded the $189.99 that I was fraudulently charged!!! I attempted to email the company but my email was returned saying something about that mail recipient cannot receive emails to that domain!! I feel 100% taken advantage of and have contacted my bank, but b/c it's a Sunday, I will have to wait until the morning to speak with them directly. But I have left messages and I WILL continue to contact who ever I have to until this is resolved. This company is falsely advertising their product and scamming people out their money and it is wrong!!

The company called me and inquiried about my complaint. The reason I filed the complaint was I tried to contact co I was not able to take this produt due to ingredients when I tried to contact the number was disconnectd no recourse. However the co did contacted me they gave me info to return the process is pretty involed I mailed back product today I will see if the refund will be processed. I will keep open this complaint open until I am reimbursed
Did not get my money back when I cancelled order of Enhanced Mind IQ. Only 1/2 price returned.
I ordered trial of Enhanced Mind IQ. Tried to cancel future orders when I received the second bottle that I didn't think I had agreed to. Called when I received the 3rd bottle to return it and get my money back. I was told I had agreed to multiple orders and they would only give me back 1/2 of the price for the last bottle.
Representative was argumentative (but so was I).

As of today 2/19/18, I have been told my account is cancelled and I will receive 1/2 price of the last bottle back.
I would like the entire price of my product returned to me since they advertise a money back guarantee...not a 1/2 price guarantee. In addition, there was not a clear up front statement that said I would continue recieving bottles even after I cancelled with my email.

Ordered 1 bottle Enhance Mind IQ but was billed for 5 bottles at $189.99, they added 2 bottles sleep aid extra 79.99. Wiped out bank acct, OD fees $70
After placing orde for one bottle enhance mind iq, two order confirmations came through, one bottle turned to five and 2nd order totally bogus, never ordered. Searched for hours for a phone number or email to report errors, there were none. Spent more hours next day Feb. 5th, found sites complaining of this company's scams. Contacted my bank they could not stop debit card going through. I was charged 189.99 and 79.99, wiped out my acct plus these orders caused $70 in fees, $35 each order. I finally got help after calling Revdex.com in W Fl. Very helpful finding a number to call, Prime Focus was company charging my acct, according to my bank, with number of ***, these weren't on the Revdex.com business numbers, number didn't work anyway. Got through to them on Feb 5th on *** asked for full refund or I'd call Atty Gen. in MD and Florida for fraud. Took 3 days to get refund but they still owe me $70 for bank fees. Refund came from Flawless complexion. This company needs to be shut down or have a class action law suit and put them out of business for all they've stolen from customers, luckily I mentioned fraud and got refund, others were told no and they keep taking money from them each month due to a "free trial bottle". Also, in their terms if you refuse or write return to sender, they will not refund your money.
The additional $70 taking from me due to their corrupt billing practices.

I ordered this product, did not find that it provided the results it promised. When I called to return the product, I was told that I would be charged a re-stocking fee of $5/bottle. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. It was then that I discovered that Enhance Mind IQ had charged me twice for the same order. I told the company that the website offered a full refund(with no mention of a restocking fee). I informed my credit card company that I dispute this charge.
I returned the items at my expense and asked for a refund, but have not received one. My order # is XXX-XXX. This was done on 1/22/2018. Cost $189.99
