We've tried numerous plumbing contractors over the years and had OK to terrible service Based on a recommendation we tried E.RPlumbing several years agoWe couldn't have asked for more reliable and excellent customer serviceWe've used them several times since and each time they earn our future businessThe most recent service call included a number of issues, and should have been a simpleBut nothing is ever as easy as it should be, and the issues were all related to the manufacturer ( [redacted] ) and a lack of available parts to complete the repair Without the two $parts I was looking at several thousand dollars in new fixtures, tile repair/replacement, drywall, and servicesThe lengths this company went to in order to save me a lot of money was greatly appreciated***, the service technician, went above and beyond, had excellent customer service, was knowledgeable and I couldn't have asked for better His depth of knowledge around water quality and build up on our fixtures was educational, as well as timely I'd also like to thank ***, the Owner of ER Plumbing, who got involved at the right time, with the right answers
