The plumber who came to our house was very professional, answered all of our questions, and most importantly, fixed the problem we had with a bathroom faucet

He came in with a new toilet to install and found a secondary problem with the height of the flangeHe went to his truck for the necessary tools and proceeded to cut back the flange so that the toilet would sit correctly on the top of this and not be unbalancedHe also showed us how the toilet was sitting on make-shift small PVC pipes to hold up the toilet where there wasn't any plywood flooring to support the toiletHe went out again to his truck and came back with some quick setting concrete to fill in the space where there was no flooringAll told, this was a far bigger job than he was called in to doHe did the work with utmost professionalism and showed us along the way what was going on and why he needed to do these extra measuresI don't normally write reviews- this is my first, but I think he did such an excellent job that I wanted you and customers to know thisHe is a really nice man and you have a fine employee in him

We Had a water leak and pilot light was out so was leaking gas from water heaterCustomer service was very courteous and had the next available plumber come out who was [redacted] He was very friendly, knowledgeable and also courteousHad our new water heater hooked up in no timeWill use them again for our plumbing needs

[redacted] with ER Plumbing Services replaced the hot water valve for my washer and replaced the works inside a toilet tank He had to cut into the drywall to get to the valve to replace it [redacted] did a great job and cleaned up everything I would highly recommend [redacted] with ER Plumbing Services

Outstanding work. I have had plumbers out to clear our clogged toilets and sinks over the past few years. ER Plumbing came out on a Saturday for an emergency backup plumbing issue. After the clog was cleared by using s snake from the back cleanout, the plumber didn't like the situation. He discovered that the soil pipe in the front of the house had a wide open below ground cleanout. He installed a proper clean out. The past plumbers never went the extra mile to determine that there was a bigger issue than snaking a soil pipe.

I discovered a leak in my hot water heater last weekEmergency Response Plumbing (which goes by E.RPlumbing) was at my house early the next morning [redacted] the technician, told me what I already figured my elderly hot water heater was finishedHe gave me a list of options, but I'd already decided to go with a tankless hot water heater We scheduled the installation for four days later, but [redacted] told me to call him if anything went wrong before that (it didn't) [redacted] and [redacted] arrived on Tuesday morning and completed the job without a problem They worked around my in-and-out schedule, were courteous, explained everything, and were superb I've had nothing but good experiences with this company

Recently, had my [redacted] tankless hot water heater serviced by ER Plumbing and their service tech, Richard. Richard was prompt and on time, as well as being very professional. He discussed with me the procedures he would be doing, as well as the cost of the procedures. I am very pleased with the work done as well as the cost. My hot water heater is now running better than when it was first installed 2 years ago.
