Review: I ordered 4 toner cartridges and paid $268.36 on Sep. **, 2013. I checked the price of the same toner cartridge, it sell for $62.50 per toner cartridge for 4 toner cartridge, it should be just $250. There is a price match guarantee on their website: [redacted], but when I contact their customer service, they refused to honor the 110% price match guaranteeDesired Settlement: Just refund the difference as they stated on their website

I purchased a rolling platform cart from them some time ago. The cart broke after a few weeks of light use and I was told that this is too bad, and that they are not obligated to provide any warranty or help.

Also, they continuously send me promotional emails, some with intentionally misleading subjects (e.g., "Regarding order #XXX" or "Your order status"), even though it has been well over a year since I bought anything from them.
