I am not sure of where the customer is getting her information from. I have everything documented and time stamped that we complied with every request asked of us. We have been in full compliance all the way through this process, so I am not sure who is telling the customer this misleading information, but I have documentation to show that we fully complied with Insurance. All requested information was transmitted via email and fax to [redacted] including pictures and tow ticket. This was all done in one day, so none of this makes any sense whatsoever. I was told that the dealership tore her car down because they did not have a preliminary diagnosis and were not sure what it was. The whole situation was mishandled in my opinion by the dealership and adjuster. Not one part of this process has been justified to us of how we caused this damage on a vehicle that was dollied. No one can answer that question nor give us the actual diagnostics on the vehicle. All we have been told is improper towing. The dealership called and in the same day was given the $500.00 deductible via credit card over the phone. Someone is not telling the customer the truth, and it is not us! I personally handled the phone call from the customer requesting our insurance information and gave it to her, I did ask what she was claiming and she explained that she heard a grinding noise when she turned the wheel. I questioned how she drove the car out of here and had the car almost 24 hours prior to calling us to report this but no answer was given. At this point, we have done everything as requested. I have all the documentation on my end to prove all of this to be false. I will stand firm that we dollied this vehicle making these damages impossible. I feel the customer was lied to, but not by us.
