Ordered a frame from this business almost a month ago October ***), I haven't heard from them, I only got an email confirmation product would be mail in the next business daysI have emailed them, I have not heard back from them, and the phone number listed is disconnectedTons of bad reviews online, and it seem have had you share of complaint against this "business"

I don't understand how there is a different but same Elite Eyewear Studio listed online with the same phone number & same address with 5 STAR REVIEWS.

That phone number still doesn't work, same one provided by Elite Eyewear Studio w/5 STAR REVIEWS.

The photo on Elite Eyewear Studio is a picture of other stores on a strip mall and a UPS store. WHAT? Are those 5 STAR Reviews with pictures of REAL PEOPLE legit? Some of the 5 STAR review people claim to have actually walked in to a real place with real opticians working in a store called Elite Eyewear Studio.

Their phone number they have listed on their website since June 2018 has been either out-of-service, disconnected (via Verizon Auto-msg) or FAKE Phone Number.

This is an at small home mail order business with a fancy website anyone can build/host. It took several emails, contact letters via their website before anyone returned my email with a generic apology that sounds like they have to send to customers.

Cardinal signs of at home mom & pop wholesale mail-out business is how the phone number doesn't work, emails/contact messages aren't returned promptly. They probably buy wholesale items at bulk, like a lot of people on E-Bay do, then sells 'Designer Frames' from home at a 75-100% mark up. I haven't seen a Frame sold on the site that hasn't been a discontinued product.

If it sounds too good to be true, then it ALWAYS, ALWAYS is! Buyer Beware! It's NOT worth the stress I've been through trying to fight with this one man show!

Review: I ordered a pair of glasses from this company May [redacted]. I have tried to contact them via email 3 times and 1 time through their website and no one has responded to me. I keep checking my order status and it has said 'Awaiting Fulfillment' this whole time now. So I [redacted] their phone number since it's not on their website and when I called I got a busy or disconnected signal. So now I have no way of getting a hold of this company to get my glasses or money back.Desired Settlement: I want them to call me and give me the glasses for free on my order for this inconvenience they have cased me. They have been so rude as to no even respond to my multiple messages online and then not have a working phone number.

They advertised genuine Ray Ban sunglasses for sale, they arrived 5 weeks later, not genuine but cheep plastic knock offs sent from China. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

Review: I purchased a pair of glasses and paid for 2-3 day shipping. I have not received the glasses and NO ONE will respond to my numerous emails and the phone number listed is no longer in service. NO one should be allowed to have a business if consumers can not contact them. I need help. Review: I've ordered a pair of sunglasses online from elite eye wear studios, payment has already been deducted from my credit card. It's been 2 weeks now and I still haven't received my sunglasses, I even paid extra for quick shipment. I've tried to contact them by email or phone but nobody is responding.Desired Settlement: Refund!

Review: I bought a pair of eyeglasses frames (order [redacted]), and they canceled my order at the time I would have expected delivery. I did get one e-mail that said they never had the product I ordered. In spite I ordered a similar pair of frames (order [redacted]) I was able to get someone on their online chat which is hardly ever online....and they told me my order was ready for shipment and will go out on friday and that I would get an e-mail with a tracking number. Not only did I pay for expedited shipping it is now wednesday and they still have not shipped. The phone number they have listed is an answering machine and they never call you back. I have left over 30 voicemails on that number and never once have I been called back. I also used there e-mail form on their website at least 10 times and still no response. I wait hours for someone to help me for online chat and when they see its me they immediately leave the chat.Desired Settlement: I want my glasses, I want a response from them and I also want my 12.99 for expedited shipping refunded.
