I placed an order with this company and never received my merchandise I placed an order for eyeglasses on and they have a payment of $that has been put on my Citi card I have tried to contact this company and have received zero response and their phone number is not working

Not a legit company!!!!!!!! do not every give them a cc, they have a valid website but are not REAL! *** liars

This company seems to be now defunct, yet they were able to charge my credit card
Their number is disconnected and it seems like there is a backlog of other customers who have no had refunds on products they do not have
I would like a refund if I don't receive the product I purchased

I ordered eyeglass frames from this retailer more than days ago I was billed immediately but no glasses have been shipped attempts to email and phone calls to a non-working phone number have yielded nothing

I decided to check order status online to see what's going on It tells me my order is awaiting payment even though payment was taken immediately when I ordered the glasses; I emailed the business again with no response I feel l am getting the run around and this is a very shady business This business should be shut down for malpractice At this point I want no dealings with them and want a full refund Never again will I go down the path of ordering from an online business without checking with the Revdex.com Lesson learned!
