I am rejecting this response because:Refer to the attached contract, signed 2/20/A transcription is also provided.Re: Carpenter Ants: *** *** *** was on site, treated the deck and all suspect areas of the houseThey subsequently declared the site free infestation.Re: Repairing the Plywood Carpet & Deck Framing:The project manager told me he had someone who could repair the deck framing; I had communicated with the project manager to move forward but this never happened.Clause in the contract states any plywood required is included. Clause also states I would pay for any framing labor & materials required.Re: Materials and Deposit:I paid a deposit of $4,993.50. To date ONLY the following materials have been delivered:* bags of cement * x 4x4's* pack of StoneSkinzI don't believe the above-mentioned materials cost $4,993.50. The following parts and materials are stated in the contract to be used for the project but NONE have been delivered thus far:* Sonotubes concrete forms* Azek sleeves* Azek Picket Railing SystemNote: Work on the "driveway" railing / step fence should have been performed independently of the front porch deck & railingAny issues encountered with the one should not impact work on the otherTherefore the carpenter ant issue should not have blocked work on the "driveway" railing / step fence.I have provided photos of what my original deck, railing & fence looked like before they were demolished. I have also provided current photos showing the demo'd deck & debris scattered on my front yard since 8/8/2017.After months of unsatisfactory performance I no longer have any confidence nor trust in Elite Exteriors nor its owner to full-fill their contractual obligations. I do not want them on my property again and I repeat my request for a refund

I had the repair of the siding in my house after the hail stormThis is a second time when I write the review which for some reasons did not show first time
In spite of a very hot weather the crew finished the job fast, cleaned after themselves
They were very friendly, explained everything clearly and I without doubts will recommend this company to all my friends

We recently had siding, windows and gutters installed by Elite Exteriors and only have good things to say. Working with [redacted], [redacted] and the entire staff was a great experience. [redacted] was responsive to all of our inquiries and kept us informed during the whole process. We would highly recommend them and would use them again if we ever needed the services on another home.

Great service from the initial saleman, [redacted] to windows and siding contrators. A JOB WELL DONE!

The business came out June 16th and made repairs to resolve the problem.

Elite Exteriors installed 9 windows and a sliding glass door for us recently. They did an excellent professional job with quality product. [redacted] and crew were great. This is the second time we have used Elite for windows the first was in 2004 on a different home. We would recommend them for quality materials and excellent workmanship.

The folks at Elite Exteriors was excellent to work with. [redacted] our sales person was always available to answer questions. We also added additional work which was handled quickly. Overall we had new siding doors and windows put in and the house looks awesome again. It's like coming home to a new home. We have gotten so many compliments from the neighbors on how nice everything turned out. The folks that did the windows and doors were friendly and took every step possible to ensure everything was cleaned up and they exceeded my expectations. The folks that did the siding were also very friendly and ensured on a daily bases the yard was picked up. Overall if you are looking at doing siding windows or doors Elite Exteriors is your company I would use them again on any home improvement project. Thank you Elite Exteriors

I bought windows,patio doors and a bay window from [redacted] gave me the estimate on the windows and noticed the gutters were in bad shape due to the age and leaks. The window crew was very personable, professional and explained the work they were going to do. Elite replaced 8 windows a bay window and 2 patio doors. For 2 days there were multiple crews that showed up and were on time. The service team was refreshing as I was not sure never doing this before what to expect. Dealing with [redacted],[redacted] and [redacted] was a perfect experience. All other estimates I got wanted to put these pocket window thingees in. Elite actually replaced the entire window.Now after seeing the work I can see why they do full replacements.

I am rejecting this response because:  We have reached out to Elite Exteriors several times through email, text, and phone to try to resolve this.  However, we have gotten no response until a complaint with the Revdex.com was filed.

[redacted] was very informative and helpful in selecting our options. We replaced several windows and siding. Crew did a great job and completed work ahead of schedule.

I would like to share about my awesome experience with Elite Windows. [redacted] actually fit me into his schedule to see the problem with a window I was having the same day since he was going to be in the territory. I really appreciated that! He also showed me how to clean the windows which can all be done from inside. He is excited about making things work the right way, quickly finds the problem and has the solution . He explains things thoroughly. When I moved into my home, I only had 3 Elite windows. Now all of my windows are Elite windows and also my patio door which I love. [redacted]

From meeting at our house through the finishing work, everything went smooth and quickly. They were a big help in the office where they answered all our questions and provided more information of how things will be done. We were able to take color products home to study in outdoor lighting. Siding went up quickly, ending early Saturday, and we asked about when the gutters would be installed. We were told it could be a little while for it to be scheduled. But the following Monday the gutters were installed. As we stated earlier, smooth and quickly.

Elite Exteriors has responded to Mrs. [redacted]s concerns. The areas that she has brought up, is not related to any work Elite Exteriors performed. [redacted] Insurance has responded to this same complaint, and they sent out one of their engineers to examine. [redacted]'s engineers concluded that there was...

nothing that Elite Exteriors did that is causing her problems. If she has evidence that what she is talking about is caused by Elite Exteriors, we would be happy to take care of it. Elite Exteriors prides itself on our A+ rating with the Revdex.com, while completing over 600 jobs a year.

Called up 8/18/15 at 10 AM and said I had a leak on the roof that had been replaced. It was the vent pipe that they had sealed before. They were out by noon and put some more tar. Very pleased with the speed in showing up and correcting the problem.
