We recently had siding, windows and gutters installed by Elite Exteriors and only have good things to say Working with ***, [redacted] and the entire staff was a great experience [redacted] was responsive to all of our inquiries and kept us informed during the whole process We would highly recommend them and would use them again if we ever needed the services on another home

Underneath the deck are live carpenter ants They are chewing up the wood structure It would cost @ 2-more thousand dollars to try and rebuilt it The consumer's material is at his house and that is what the deposit paid for The consumer needs to repair the plywood carpet before we can complete our project We will be gluing down on the plywood carpet This is a small project and should all be completed at one time Consumer has not contacted me to advise if the carpenter ant problem is fixed and the plywood carpet fixed

The folks at Elite Exteriors was excellent to work with [redacted] our sales person was always available to answer questions We also added additional work which was handled quickly Overall we had new siding doors and windows put in and the house looks awesome again It's like coming home to a new homeWe have gotten so many compliments from the neighbors on how nice everything turned out The folks that did the windows and doors were friendly and took every step possible to ensure everything was cleaned up and they exceeded my expectations The folks that did the siding were also very friendly and ensured on a daily bases the yard was picked up Overall if you are looking at doing siding windows or doors Elite Exteriors is your company I would use them again on any home improvement project Thank you Elite Exteriors

I contacted *** with Elite Exteriors when I first considered filling a claim for hail and wind damage on our roof and was looking to interview contractors in the *** areaAt the time, my husband was out of town for a couple of months and out of all the contractors that came out to meet me, I felt the most comfortable with ***I sincerely felt like he had my best interest at heart, and never once felt like he was taking advantage of the opportunityHe was upfront and honest, and even agreed to meet the claims adjuster when he came out to do his inspection on our roof
Once our claim for roof replacement was approved, *** and the team at Elite Exteriors got to working on our roof almost immediatelyThe process was seamless, and *** made sure that all the proper coding requirements were included on our claim adjuster's notes to ensure that our roof was installed correctly and up to codeThe Elite Exteriors team removed our old roof and replaced it in ONE DAYThey even worked through rain showers and did an excellent job cleaning up debris and nails from the yard when they were done
When I had a question about our finished roof, *** made it a point to come out to the house and walk me through the finished job, tying up a few lose ends during the process
I would work time and time again with Elite Exteriors and ***They are an honest, hard working and fair organization with excellent customer service and customer appreciationI recommend them without hesitation!

Eliter Exteriors Indy is a terrible company to do business withThey make changes to supplies with out first contacting the owner, they say they will be there to do the work, and don't show up REPEATEDLY, and then don't answer phone calls or text messagesWe have been working with this company for a long time trying to get issues corrected that they claim they will stand by, but with a house as small as ours it shouldn't take MONTHS to right this wrongI would recommend that if they come to your door saying they can help you repair storm damage that you kindly ask them to leave or remove them from your property!

We have had new windows and siding installed by Elite Exteriors in the last two years, we had two small issues which the company handled very quickly and at no cost to usI would highly recommend this company to friends and neighbors

Called Elite Exteriors for a quote as needed windows replaced Appreciated the fact that they had replacement crank out windows from a reputable company with a reasonable warranty and did not tell us that crank out windows were bad and should replace with sliders Plus the price quote was fair and not outrageous as another company (who tried to dissuade us from crank out windows) I like my crank out windows and with the fact that I did not replace all the windows at this time, this kept my house aesthetically pleasing
Unfortunately my builder did not install the windows correctly so had water damage Our windows were just put in, not sealed around the edges Elite Exteriors had to replace 2x4's around one window along with the plywood They got the needed supplies and repaired the damage, spraying the wood and insulation with a mold killer The other windows replaced were installed the same way, no sealing, but did not have the water damage We've been having roofers look at the shingles as kept getting water stains on the ceiling but now understand that water is seeping in between the windows
I'm pleased with the work we had done by Elite Exteriors I will be using them again when we replace the remaining windows - and for replacing the roof

Elite Exteriors will be happy to handle any leaking issues around the chimney under our warrantyWe will also look into the gutter helmet issue and attempt to come up with an agreed resolution.Tell us why here

I am rejecting this response because:Refer to the attached contract, signed 2/20/A transcription is also provided.Re: Carpenter Ants: *** *** *** was on site, treated the deck and all suspect areas of the houseThey subsequently declared the site free infestation.Re: Repairing the Plywood Carpet & Deck Framing:The project manager told me he had someone who could repair the deck framing; I had communicated with the project manager to move forward but this never happened.Clause in the contract states any plywood required is included. Clause also states I would pay for any framing labor & materials required.Re: Materials and Deposit:I paid a deposit of $4,993.50. To date ONLY the following materials have been delivered:* bags of cement * x 4x4's* pack of StoneSkinzI don't believe the above-mentioned materials cost $4,993.50. The following parts and materials are stated in the contract to be used for the project but NONE have been delivered thus far:* Sonotubes concrete forms* Azek sleeves* Azek Picket Railing SystemNote: Work on the "driveway" railing / step fence should have been performed independently of the front porch deck & railingAny issues encountered with the one should not impact work on the otherTherefore the carpenter ant issue should not have blocked work on the "driveway" railing / step fence.I have provided photos of what my original deck, railing & fence looked like before they were demolished. I have also provided current photos showing the demo'd deck & debris scattered on my front yard since 8/8/2017.After months of unsatisfactory performance I no longer have any confidence nor trust in Elite Exteriors nor its owner to full-fill their contractual obligations. I do not want them on my property again and I repeat my request for a refund
