We needed an entire new unit in the middle of July! Sean came out the same day our original unit failed and nursed it along until we could make a decision about whether or not to continue with an 11 year old unit or replace it. We decided on a replacement as we had company on the way. Eric and Omar were the installation team. They were very professional and courteous. I have a difficulty with how little most service companies pay attention to customer service, but I would NOT say the same with this company. Customer service seemed to matter. They were added to our list of providers that we will continue doing business with in the future.

Derek P. answered our call on a scorching, hot Sunday when our AC gave out. He was courteous, informative and got to our house within a few hours. He worked non-stop to figure out the problem, even going up in the 130º F attic. Simply, Derek was stellar.

Eric & Omar installed my new air conditioning system today. They were very efficient and friendly. They did a great job of explaining how everything worked and how to change the air filter. I couldn't have been happier with their work.

The installation team of Eric and Omar were extremely professional.

We've been using EDS for the last 3+ years. They have repaired and replaced parts for us at a moments notice, and they communicate well with customer. Their technicians are friendly and knowledgeable and have yet to show up late (a rarity in Florida). The office staff is customer service oriented, and very responsive.

EDS Air Conditioning has been a reliable company to deal with. We have used their service since 2014 and are pleased with their professional, courteous, & kind staff. We have our maintenance contract with them. Knowing I have asthma, AC broke at night-early next day, they replaced a part and had no trouble getting it.

They are awesome. Every tech who has provided any service has been polite, respectful, and very knowledgeable. Nancy who helps schedule our maintenance as we do not live in Florida full time is so accommodating

I recently had trouble with my air conditioner and of course it happened on the weekend. I called EDS Air Conditioning and spoke with a very pleasant lady named Carol who told me a technician would be in touch with me. The technician called later that day to tell me he was on his way. When he arrived he diagnosed the problem and said he would return on Monday which he did. His name is Raymond and he was wonderful and knowledgeable as well as patient answering my questions. He completed the job in a timely manner and explained all that he had done as well as point out a few things that I could do to help my A/C. He went above and beyond and I was very satisfied and impressed with his professionalism. Thank you EDS!

Eddie and Dylan were at my home on time. They work very well together. They are professional and polite and did not mind when I asked questions about the new A/C install. They worked at a steady and careful pace and cleaned up the work site very well when the job was completed. I would recommend them to anyone who cares about the quality of the a/c work for their home or place of business!

We have had service with EDS for many years now and they have never let us down. They are a great company that just seem to go out of their way to make you feel special and like your business really means something to them. Nancy and all of the administrative staff are wonderful too. Everyone goes out of their way to help you out and try and makes things as affordable as possible. s/a was right on time and quickly resolved the problem with my unit....ordered the parts to make the repairs and gave me a rundown on the status of my equipment. Good job.

Don was very professional & personable. He also fixed the problem we were having with too much humidity from the air conditioner.

Don was fantastic. Arrived on time, covered his shoes without me even asking, addressed all items with a smile. Pleasantly interacted with my kid (who called him a giant - ha). He also addressed another AC issue that we had ongoing... he could have just said ok call this # and they will help you with that but he called himself and made sure it was resolved.
