Have used EDS for over 5 years for maintenance and install new A/C. Very professional. And I appreciate they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule.

Mr. R. (Field Service) was very personable and professional. He explained everything and did an excellent job. I would recommend him for any plumbing work. In addition, the office person was knowledgeable and very helpful. She was able to schedule service at my home the very next day. EDS was exceptional and we will definitely use them again, if necessary, in the future.

We have had our new unit for a week now and it is working great. Our installers Eric and Nathan did an outstanding job. They were a pleasure to have at our home and I would recommend them to everyone. Also our sales rep was very easy to work with and stayed in contact through the process.

Once again EDS makes a great impression, my service tech Craig was wonderful and explained everything he did on my maintenance! This is the best Air Conditioning company here in Florida, from their office staff to their techs they have a really great team. Thank you again.

Tech Randy from EDS is one of their best guys. Knows his stuff and goes well beyond to make sure everything is working great and takes the time to explain what he is doing till you understand. Ask a lot of questions and he answered everyone with a great personality.

EDS did an excellent job installing ac! Omar is a systems operational expert and a great carpenter. He adjusted the air handler with compressor and installed a vent on my air handler door for more efficient flow. Thanks EDS

10 years ago I bought a system from EDS. Over the years they gave me good service for maintenance. Now the warranty is a few week over and they tried to charge me for a fan which costs $280. on Amazon ... over $1,000.00
Not only that, before a uv bulb went out they wanted $250. to replace it ($38.95 on Amazon)....their tech could not fix my a/c he didn't have the parts and they left me 4 days in the heat.... Canceled account.

Technician showed up on time, was professional, friendly and competent. This was a routine maintenance visit. We have that done twice a year.

Raymond D my tech did a fabulous job today. He immediately identified my problem and offered a solution to get my air up and running. He also gave me excellent feedback on ways to improve the efficiency of my unit by minor changes to the door etc. His knowledge and professional attitude helped in resolving all issues. I've used EDS for many years and have had good service but Raymond elevated the level of service with his expertise and detailed explanation of the issues I was having. He took the time to clearly layout the issues and solutions. Many thanks to Raymond for all his help.

We are very happy with the service of Sergio, one of your technicians. He recommended the ultraviolet light for the inside the a/c unit to keep the components clean of mold/buildup and help the unit to work easier and hopefully last longer. My husband was skeptical at first but with the next two visits and seeing the components totally clean was very convincing that the light was working as Sergio told us. Sergio is very professional and we have confidence in him knowing what he is doing. We want him for our service tech every time, please!!

I was way overcharged for a part. I was told he would give me a price first for this part and the next thing you know he is finished and I am paying $208 for a $5 part.

Purchased a new AC system to have installed. Eric and Jonathan arrived on time and were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They explained everything they were doing and answered any questions I had. Installation is clean - they don't cut any corners! I definitely recommend EDS.

Great service at a fair price.

Their price was reasonable; I shopped prices. Their technicians were on time, professional, and polite. The workmanship was very good and my pest control guy commented on the good looking install the next time he was at the house. My previous A/C unit was poorly installed by another company and I had called on EDS to correct that installation, which they did. So in a sense, I'm a repeat customer.
