I am rejecting this response because: I will answer the phone when the trucking company calls. I insist on a tracking number being emailed to me on Monday morning at the latest. It has become evident that this company does not wish to follow through on this order. I am now forced to buy from a more expensive company, because this one is not honest or reliable.
