I am rejecting this response because: of customers service is very rude and I need a tv $1974 as invoice they sent to me but I need free express shipping and still we haven't got tracking info

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is the least East Coast TV's could do. I had to argue, fight, pressure and ultimately open a claim with the Revdex.com after East Coast TV's literally lied to me regarding what they are responsible for as a business. Had I not known better, they would have gladly continued with taking advantage of me.

Yet more of the upsell to a "[redacted]" panel. Sorry, but this isn't good business or honest advertising. Telling me it was a foreign panel because of some text in the description - how are people going to read...

that statement and know this? It was also stated during the call that there are two [redacted] models on the website. This isn't true. There's only the one listed. And it's still listed as "in stock", when it isn't. Here's the search on your website: [redacted]
And again, contacted [redacted] (USA) and asked if they had information about the "foreign panels from (first South Africa, then the location changed to Panama mid-call)". I'm not trying to be a champion of justice or something here. Just stop falsely advertising. The [redacted] USA response:Dear [redacted]Thank you for your inquiry about the [redacted] import models. There are two models of this television, but both contain the same panel. One is sold in Japan under a Kanjii model number, and the American [redacted] is the export model. The difference between EU, SA and USA packaging is simply the power adapter and cord is appropriate to the company of import. All of the [redacted] panels are the same TN panel for that export, Manufactured by [redacted] Limited. I recommend that you purchase from one of our authorized distributors or on the [redacted] online shop.

We reached out to the customer and he is going to get back to us on which tv he wants we offerd a $200.00 discount on any model for inconvenience

because: You need to honor the price of the [redacted] that is listed on your website. That is the only US version of the [redacted] made and the only one that you have in your website. If you want to make a deal as you suggest, please do so in writing.
