We completed the order of the customer on time and customer downloaded all the forms hence rendered the services.

It’s clear that SS Solutions LLC did not read my complaint. I never stated that I paid a $79.00 rush order service fee, nor am I disputing said fee. I stated that the service provided was not provided within the timeframe originally given and the website is misleading. I can provide transcript conversations, if necessary.
Customer applied for our Texas Divorce Papers not Missouri Divorce Papers. We sent all the proofs to the customer that he selected the state Texas not Missouri. Customer downloaded entire order from the system and than requested to change the state. Change of state is considered a different order...
and we notified the customer that we charge $100.00 for state change because we have to do the entire paperwork again.
Proofs attached with this email that customer paid for our Texas Divorce Papers and downloaded entire order from the system. Customer is not eligible for the refund.

I paid to have the documents MAILED to me not DOWNLOADED which was and extra $30.00. I was supposed to download the documents, review them for errors, contact them to let them know what had to be corrected, and THEN they were to MAIL the documents to me. I called when I downloaded the documents because I immediately found errors. The person told me to wait till I went through the entire package. Once I did, I was really confused. I didn't know what I was supposed to do. I even had my ex-husband to be look through the documents to see if he could figure out what we were suppose to do. He said he had no idea. From the looks of it, we still had to go to a lawyer. That's why I took this no further and asked for my refund.

We do not share the information to the third party and the information can only be accessed either by the customer or by the case worker only when customer wants us to change the information. All the information on our servers are encrypted and nobody can access the information. Customer security is the first priority for us and we never compromise the information.

Every company has a refund policy. We have to make sure that the refund request falls under the refund policy. Customer was eligible for the refund and we refunded the customer on 08-19-2016(in 6 business days) and notified the customer on 08-22-2016 because Saturday and Sunday the office was closed.Every company has a refund policy and we are no different. We ship the papers to the customer after the proper confirmation from the customer. Customer reviewed all the papers gave us the confirmation and we shipped the papers. According to the customer , court rejected the papers. According to our refund policy we will issue the full refund to the customer...
if customer send us the court rejection letter. We contacted the customer numerous time for the court rejection letter but customer is not ready to send us the rejection letter.We are still waiting a court rejection letter from the customer so that we can issue the refund.

Our policy says " we are happy to issue the refund if court rejects the papers". In this case customer is not eligible for the refund as per the signed refund policy by the customer. Customer paid for our services on 03-05-2017 12:12:06 PM and the order was completed on the same day and uploaded in the account of the customer under Divorce Forms section.
During the refund request customer provided the following reason after downloading the forms "Me and my Wife...
Dicussed this last night and I changed my mine"
According to our refund policy signed by the customer here are few reason when we do not issue the refund.
Here are some important information regarding situations WHEN WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ISSUE REFUNDS::
-If we find out that your spouse had already filed for a divorce.
-In the slight chance that your documents are rejected and you are not in possession of a rejection letter.
-If you suddenly change your mind about the divorce.
-If you sought the advice of an alternative source or friend to do something else.
-If you sought advice from an attorney who advised you to terminate the service with us.
-If you found divorce forms online at a different price from what we are offering you or if you found them for free at another website.
-If you decide that you no longer want to go through with the divorce process after all.
-In the event that your case is contested as we only deal with uncontested divorce cases.
Customer was already refunded as per our refund policy. Receipt of the refund is attached.

I do not accept their response but it seems as though I have no choice. They can see my paperwork has never been filed, I have no confidence what was printed is all I need to file. But they are big and I am small so they will keep my money and I will have to figure out how to afford to go elsewhere to have my papers drawn up.

When the order was ready we have sent an order completion email to the customer registered email address. Its clearly written in the order completion email "Please review your forms carefully. If you are satisfied with your forms, please reply to this message with your address and confirmation to ship the forms. We will not ship until we receive your confirmation WITH an address to send to you. We will only ship one set, so make sure they are to your liking prior to confirming. "We received no confirmation from the customer .
Customer applied for our services on 02-15-2017 and we completed the order for the customer on 02-23-2017 . We notified the customer that the forms are ready for downloading. Customer downloaded all the forms from the website and rendered the services. Order downloading history is attached...
which shows that customer received the order and was not eligible for the refund.

I paid for the completed rushed order. The order is incomplete and most certainly was not rushed. A refund is a logical request.

We received a request from the customer to ship 2 copies of the papers. We shipped the papers to the customer upon prior approval from the customer. Customer initiated the refund request on 10-22-2016 and the reason of the refund was "Court rejected the papers". We replied to the customer on...
12-23-2016 that according to our refund policy we need the court rejection letter but after asking several times we receive no rejection letter from the customer. Customer told us that she will not send any rejection letter and want us to refund the money without any proof. We contacted the customer 20 times but receive no rejection letter. We are still waiting for the rejection letter so that we can issue the refund.
We need a confirmation from the customer that customer do not need any changes on the papers and we will ship the papers immediately.
