numerous requests on the deposit matter and refused to define the statement of credit.  Furthermore, my attempts to pay with their online service showed it as not working.  As such, this is unacceptable in every sense of the word.  Unless they are willing to elaborate on what prompted the credit, I will consider it request that has been made without legitimacy.

Our records show Mr. [redacted]'s neighbor did call for service and was originally placed at the correct address but the wrong apartment. To resolve the error the neighbor was placed on the correct apartment. The correction should have generated a final bill...

for Mr. [redacted] reflecting the off date of 6/30/15 as well as the meter reading associated with that date. I have reviewed the account and am in the process of correcting the billing. I've also contacted Mr.[redacted] to apologize and make him aware that he will receive a corrected Final bill for his records.

with our gas contractor. Management has informed me that they spoke with Ms. [redacted] on 10/28/16 and addressed her concerns. They have also reiterated to our contractor to instruct their crews to work with the customer’s schedule. We never want to encourage a customer to take off work in order for the contractor to perform  work.  I have been informed that the work was completed this past Saturday on 10/29/16. Better Business BureThe bussiness has not made any attempt to resolve this matter. They claim the meter is read but I was told it has been estimated. If calls are recorded then the recordings need to be listened to. I've never saw anyone read my meter even when I requested it and sat outside all day.

I am rejecting because they have not called me I did get help from pee dee community of this matter and suppose to get lights on today. Also I am still waiting for them to be turned on and I did paid 99.30 and had to pay 642 deposit still not on

[redacted] It is such an inconvenience to me to be stuck with a bill that I've already paid! I shouldn't be held accountable for the actions of an untrained representative that made an error with my money.  It's like I didn't have an option to stop my money from being wrongfully applied to my account.

Hi [redacted]I received an email back on 8/10 with your contact info at the bottom. When I checked the status of the complaint it said I could send additional information. I received a call from a rep [redacted] at the Duke on 8/12. I called back and left her a message requesting a call back to which I...

never received one. I came home on 8/13 to no power. I called and was transferred to their HQ department and spoke with [redacted]. She stated [redacted] never made any note on the account and if I wanted power back I was forced to pay the very amount I was disputing, 214, now including a $15 reconnect fee. I paid this to have power restored and have requested a call back from [redacted]'s supervisor [redacted]. I am not sure how to proceed as no one with authority who handles these issues is returning my call.Thank You,[redacted]

Duke Energy reviewed the calls received from the customer on 12/21/16; 12/29/16 and 1/16/17. We contacted the customer and apologized for the customer service experience  and informed feedback will be shared with supervisor of specialist for training and improvement. ...

The account status and bill information was confirmed with the customer and all inquiries regarding the account was addressed. Revdex.com closed.
