I placed an order for a chair for $59.99 on 12/26/18. I followed up with the company by emailing them as that is the only way you can contact this fraud company on 1/15/19. I have yet to hear back and will be requesting a refund and filing a complaint with my credit card company. My order number is

I placed an order for a gaming chair on December 17th 2018. I received an email that they had received my order and that it would take 10 days for delivery. My order was *** On December 27th I received an email that my order had been shipped. The email included a tracking number - LTXXXXXXXXXCN. Every time I check the tracking number, it never works. I emailed the company on three separate days (December 30th, January 5th, and January 9th) to ask about my order. I never heard back. My account was charged the money for the chair but I have still yet to receive it.

I have ordered a gaming chair for the amount of $59.99 from a *** ad. The ad was called Dualsmok.com. Now I have a charge of $59.99 taken out of my bank account and I have not received a product. I can not reach them by there fake e-mail address they have at ***. And they do not have a phone number to reach them at neither. I would like a full refund or the item that I havbe been charged for over a week ago. My order number was #XXXXX
