I order a gaming chair fro $79.99 through Elysian Marketing on Facebook on Dec 10, 2018.
I sent an email on 2/19/19 asking where my chair was and they told me due to overwhelming demand they have not been able to ship yet. I tried to contact them today (7/16/19( and email came back to me as undeliverable and the phone number attached to the debit on my account is no longer in service.

Items have never been delivered, yet I have been charged on my credit card. When I trying to contact the company, I get no response. Therefore, I have paid for a product that I have never received.

Saw ad on my *** for a deal on kayaks. Paid $100.00 with my debit card. I called the phone number just ask fo a info on the shipping date. The phone number was not valid.

I ordered two chairs from this company. Did not receive either products. They processed the payments from my bank account the day I submitted my order. I emailed them and have not received any correspondence back. I placed the orders on 1/25/19. I still have not received a refund.

Hello - both my son and myself purchased gaming chairs t $59.99 each. An email confirmation came through and stated we would receive a delivery within 10 business day and we would receive tracking numbers in another email within 7 days. This was on 1-29-19 at 8:25pm. I have emailed them twice with request for a status and have heard nothing back. Yesterday their website was down and now it's back up today but there is NO customers service phone number to call.

Ordered a gaming chair from company. Was charged $59.99 on January 22. Still have not received the chair, have never received an email confirmation and can not get a hold of the company by phone.

I have emailed them twice since the date of purchase on
Wed, Jan 9, 4:55 PM 2019 and haven't heard back. I desired to get a refund for my purchase and haven't heard anything. No product, no response, nothing. I would like them investigated on *** business practice and possible ***. Thank you.

On January 12, I ordered a computer/gaming chair from this company that cost $79.99; my order number was ***. It was listed as being on sale and normally several times the price I paid. I was told I would receive a tracking number in up to 7 days but never received one. It has been over a month and I have heard nothing from the company. ***. I tried calling but got an automated message saying that their voicemail box was full.

I ordered a GTRACING Gaming Office Chair for $59.99 and $11.99 for shipping and it came out to $71.98. I ordered it on the 20th of January I received a email saying that my order was placed and that it would be about 5-7 business days for me to get a email about when it would arrive, 10 days went by and I emailed them and asked about it but they have not said anything back. 5 more days went by and a emailed them again and messaged them on there site but still no word from them. it is not February the 13th and they have not said anything to me and I have not gotten the chair. I was charged for it though. the order number they gave me is #XXXXX. thank you so much

I purchased for my son a gaming chair from Dualsmok.com on 1/14/19 for $59.99 and was also charged &0.48 "*** International Service Assessment" fee. Chair has never arrived. I have tried MANY times to contact customer support via email "***@DUALSMOK.COM" as well as call the telephone number listed on the purchase statement on my bank account: "*** Inc (XXX)-XXX-XXXX" and get no answer for either. Multiple others online are stating the same problem.

Ordered a chair on 1/11 and was sent an e-mail saying " your order will take up to 10 business days for delivery. You will receive your tracking number in an automated email in up to 7 business days". No e-mail was ever sent, the order never arrived, and no e-mails have been answered.

I purchased a gaming chair on January 8th and was told that it would be up to a max of 10 day until I received it. I even tried to contact their support on jan 28th and they did not respond. I payed with my *** and here we are February 1st and nothing to show.

I purchased a chair from Dualsmok.com at the beginning of January (1/1/2019 or 1/2/2019) for $59.99 + tax. I have an email from Dualsmok confirming my purchase, giving me an order number, and claiming that I will receive an email containing a tracking number within 10 business days of the purchase. Today is January 31st, 2019 and I have yet to receive any further emails from Dualsmok. I have sent two emails in the last week asking for an update on my order as well as some closure. I have received no replies. At this point, I just want my money back.

The add is for a chair that cost $59.99, My order for this chair was on 1/18/2019. I received a confirmation e-mail stating my order #XXXXX. I payed with my credit card on the website's store.
My bank was charged the amount from this business.

The item was never sent and no tracking number was ever provided. I have e-mailed the company with no response. I have called the business with the call just going to a voice mail that is full.
