I am new to using Accredo, and unfortunately I have no choice in using themMy rx insurance, [redacted] , is making me use Accredo for my Humira penThey received my prescription seven days agoAnd today is the fourth day in a row I've had to contact them to ask where my medication isNo one there seems to know what they're talking about and they just constantly transfer the phone call to other peopleI've now spent a total of hours on the phone with them over a four day period [redacted] ' website doesn't link up to accredo and their data isn't in real-timeIt's delayed Also, Accredo asked me if I would be home to sign for my medication when it's deliveredI told them NONow on the express scripts website, it tells me that a signature IS required When I called them the first time, I asked them what the directions were on my prescriptionThe "nurse" on the phone couldn't understand them so she transferred me to a pharmacistI spent minutes holding for a pharmacist! I worked in a retail pharmacy for yearsThere is NO way that my pharmacy would have taken an entire week to process and receive my prescription and if I had a simple question like "what are the direction", anyone who worked in the pharmacy could have easily explained it to the patientwhereas with Accredo- no one seems to know how to do their jobs!! I asked to speak to a supervisor when I was on the phone with them for the fourth time and they left me on hold for minutesI don't have time to sit around on hold with them all day so I hung up If you have any way of avoiding using Accredo- DO IT Do not use this company for anythingThey're incompetent

This is without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am on a maintenance drug for Crohn's disease and every time I try to order my refills I send hours on the phone with these people. Each time I am told my account is messed up and was never put in correctly for two insurance claims. Then they assure that it has been fixed. The next time I get a refill I get told it wasnt put in right for two insurance claims. My prescription is for every 56 days. Accredo says the standard prescription is every 60 days. They tell me they have it fixed and again the next time I need it refilled I am told I am ordering it to early. The girl wasnt even smart enough to know July and August have 31 days. This is a company that should be at the top of their game when they are dealing with medicines that keep people alive. It is absolutely uncalled for that they are so incompetent.

As others have said, Accredo is a terrible pharmacy Unfortunately many insurance companies require their enrollees to use them They have had an updated prescription for daughter for over a week Have called every day No one seems to know it is there but after several minutes they find it Oops, we have not processed it yet I will put a note to get this processed in to hours Apparently how Accredo counts hours is differently than the rest of us because we still cannot refill the prescription but they "simply have not processed it yet" which is a direct quote from the customer service team They do not understand that people should have to beg for their child's medication Their response? We are so sorry your child will be without medication but we simply have not processed it yet

Horrible companySo many phone calls that it is annoyingTheir records are incorrectJust to order one medicine takes nearly an hour and sometimes several phone callsI am giving them one star just because I have toThe only good thing to say is that they ship to your homeYou don't have to go to a pharmacy to pick up your orderYou just hope no one steals it off your porch

For an acute health issue, I now need a second medication (Humira) from Accredo Specialty PharmacyMy experience with them has been absolutely terribleFor one thing, they make a blanket statement that a new prescription will take 7-business days to process, which is an inexcusable delay in this age of electronic communications and 24-hour pharmaciesThe delay is especially troublesome when you consider that patients who require medications from a specialty pharmacy have, by definition, a medical condition requiring a specialty drug, which likely means they have an acute health issue ongoing, particularly when it is their first prescription, as in the case of the Humira prescribed to meI've been waiting over a week to receive it and, in the meantime, have had no medication at all for my conditionI am in misery and they seem uninterested in helpingI've made over phone calls to them, trying to coordinate the dispensation, and have literally been pushing them along to get it done this entire time, like hand-holding, except they're getting abut $2500/dose for my hard workUghFinally, considering I have *** Insurance, which contracts with ExpressScripts, which owns Accredo, I have no choice but to use Accredo for this high-cost medicationSince there is no competition for my business, Accredo has no motivation to expedite the prescriptions - they know I can't go anywhere elseIt is so frustrating and unethical for them to behave this way

I am currently deployed, I had my girlfriend who has a general POA from me take my car to Ricks Garage to get an alignment done, under his care my windshield was crackedPhotos were taken at the shop of the windshield being cracked with a rock directly under the crackNo liability waiver was ever signed and now they refuse to cover the cost of the windshieldWhen I called and used a morale call to discuss with them they hung up on me multiple times

Went on a Friday asked if they would be able to fix my back hatch, get me new tires, brakes, charge ac, and a new blinker bulbI explained I was moving the following weekend and needed my car done by tuesdayHe quoted me Was asked by owner to bring car by the next day because they was busyI was supposed to pick my vehicle up TuesdayWhen I called Tuesday to check on my char because I heard nothing from themThey never even started my vehicle! They called Wednesday evening telling me everything was done and it was when I went to get the car they never fixed my back hatch at all left scratches all over my vehicle and I get down the road and my ac wasn't working and car was cutting out trying to dieMind you I have never had engine issuesI called them up and told them what was happeningThey told me to bring it backWhen I did they asked me yet again to leave my vehicle thereI called the next day because I have been without my car for a whileThey told me they are waiting on a back valve! I called multiple times throughout the dayFinally someone told me they had the valve sitting on my hood but it's been so hot they haven't touched my carI asked them if they are charging me more money for thisThe owner told me another I was so angry I decided to get my vehicle and take it else whereIt ended up costing me more dollars to fix their mistake! They over charged my ac and almost blew the ac motor! It never needed a valve either! So they messed up and was trying to charge me more money! The New tires and brakes was fine but not worth the I had to spend to get them! I would not recommend my worst enemy to go to this shop ever! Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Very unprofessional! And horrible workers! Not one person was on the same track with what was going on with my car! So dissatisfied 100%!

this company does not track their prescriptions and often lose the medicine order When you call their number, they this time said o we see your prescription I will tranfer you to the department working on it, after a significant hold, that person says we dont have anything for you I tell them I get a text message from them stating they are working on my prescription and the next thing was we don't carry that medication any more I go back to Tricare and they finally found a person to contact who said it will be delivered on time My doctor office had to send this prescription three times The first one they said was received and unreadable so they threw it away Did not take the time to ask for the paperwork from the Doctor's office to be resent I am supposed to start my meds Friday, and it is Wednesday, no action I would never recommend these people to treat my worst enemy

It seems fishy that Accredo is owned by Express Scripts and that Express Scripts requires their policy holders to only use Accredo specialty pharmacyThere are many other specialty pharmacies that provide excellent serviceMy experience with Accredo has been terrible customer service! This monopoly should be illegal!
