Customer placed this order on and selected Standard Delivery which is not a guaranteed service Order confirmation (attached) does not state anything regarding Christmas delivery

When we researched this complaint we found that the customer sent three emails on Dec ***The customer was irate and it was reflected in these emailsThe customer placed her order on December 7th with standard delivery (4-business days) and it was received on December 14th which is within the suggested delivery time frameA refund will not be given at this time as the order was received

I tried to call them as soon as I got my package but it is hard to reach them!
