I am rejecting this response because: *** our original warranty inspector told us that the roofing flash was a washHe would order a new one and have someone come and replace itHe also inspected our garage door and marked it with tapeThe tape is still on the garage doorYou have to be standing on the inside of the garage to see the wood lifting up!! No one has come or called to take a look at our home since July I have attached the front and back side of the month warranty that we gave ***

Good morning! In reference to the above complaint, the sprinkler system has been repaired, but I have just been informed that the homeowner has concerns with additional grading they feel is incorrect on their home. We are contacting today and scheduling a customer service

I have attached three photos showing where the doggie waste station was installed near Ms*** unitThe doggie stations are installed in locations based on the best visibility and access to our homeowners while walking their petsThe community of Via Sorento has a contracted janitorial vendor
that services the community twice a week, part of this service includes the cleof pet wasteViolations are sent to homeowners who do not clean up after their pets and fines are assessed according to the community’s fine policy The health department has not made contact with AAM regarding any complaints The exterior of the condo units are sprayed monthlyI advised Ms*** to contact me if she required any additional spraying from the exterminator and I would send them to spray around her unitMs*** did not contact me to confirm she would like to schedule an exterminator to come outI have contacted the community exterminator and they will be spraying around Ms*** unit within the next business days

Ms, *** signed a purchase agreement for a new home in Charlotte NCThe contract stipulated that she needed to obtain full loan approval for a mortgage loan within days of contractMs***, remained under contract for approximately months while she attempted to acquire a mortgage from
three different lendersShe was given numerous extensions to her agreement on behalf of DR Horton in an effort to give her extra time and every opportunity to acquire a loan After nine months and several attempts, Ms*** was ultimately denied a loan from three different lenders all due to her own credit circumstances. In short, Ms*** was simply unable to purchase the home because she didn’t have the means to pay for it, either through a mortgage loan or cash payment

Revdex.com: The builder did come and installed a French drain. I belive that this solution will work at first glance, That being said, we'll see how it performs after a few good rains. I don't consider this issue closed until we prove the drain works.

I took approximate measurements of the slope using string and a line levelAt ten feet from patio it drops 13.5', at twenty feet it drops 27' and at center of easement drainage it drops 47'! That for sure is "positive" drainage!I requested on two occasions thru *** *** a meeting with his superiors, *** *** and *** *** that never materializedI finally went to the office to meet Mr*** who at the time, had no idea who I was, what the issue was and no idea I had requested a meeting that he was to see me the day beforeAfter that meeting Mr*** tried for a time to get the work promised done, but was shot downThe only communication was the one letter denying any further workAfter that I sent an e-mail to Mr*** and as of today have not received any response from himThe only acceptable solution to this ongoing situation is a meeting and site inspection by superior management from the office in Texas to see what their team in the *** deems proper grading and treatment of home buyers.Thank you*** ***

We spoke to the homeowner prior to sending the plumber out to inspect the issue with his irrigation and stated that we would correct the issue if it was installation-related, otherwise it is not a warrantable item. The plumber assessed the pipe and found that it blew out due to not being
winterized or winterized correctly and was not related to installationThis information was given to the homeowner, and he was advised to contact a landscaping company that does irrigation so he can have this corrected

The home at *** *** *** passed all municipal inspections and received a “Certificate of Occupancy” (CO)We are currently addressing the homeowners warranty service request (WSR) and will resolve the warrantable items as soon as possible for our customer

I need the head of ** *** construction in *** to call me ASAP to discuss this matter The attempt to pressure wash the stone is a ridiculous resolution and I am not accepting that The poor workmanship and design from ** *** needs attention I am getting the labor workforce involved, immigration services, the state and the national home builders association Also, I have contacted several news stations to report consumer theft

*** *** The trench is not allowed by the county so their solution is not acceptable and can not stay on my property or the other behind meIt is not to be in between the homes as not approved by county and do not care if they feel it is benefit to community as it is not and floods the yards, has snakes and is full of weedsA different solution is in order no matter how may times they claim it works , IT IS NOT ALLOWED BY COUNTY AND CAN NOT STAY BEHIND ANY OF OUR HOMES PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SEAL IT UP AND GET RID OF TOTALLY OR COME TO ME WITH SETTLEMENT TO KEEP AS ISOnly option at this pointWill call county again

As explained in our previous responses, Ms*** has previously contacted the division regarding the driveway, front porch, and countertop in her home through customer service requestsAs a result the division was in direct communication with Ms*** regarding resolution of her customer service requestsIt is my information that Ms*** is satisfied with the resolution of a portion of her customer service requests. Based upon my review of the multiple notifications of dissatisfaction I am not aware of any additional items raised by Ms***; instead it appears that while we were able to reach an agreeable resolution to Ms*** countertop request Ms*** continues to be dissatisfied with our response to the driveway and porch itemsAgain we always strive to provide quality customer service and regret any dissatisfaction of our homeowners. We have asked for a main office representative to come to view our home so that Mr*** is aware of the issues that were never resolved It is clear that this message has not gotten to Mr*** and *** refuses to take it to the next level This is an Issue that multiple Project Managers have acknowledged but each time before it is resolved, we have another project manager and start at the beginning I will send a certified letter directly to the home office We have sent so many reports to the warranty office about this issue for well over a year that have never even gotten a response We bought believing that *** communities were premier places to live However, no one here is happy We have no working irrigation for months, the community amenities when we bought were "miles of wilderness hiking trails and acres of conservation area", which have become "you have sidewalks in other people's neighborhoods and a stand of trees between several of the homes I will tell everyone I know to never consider a *** Property, they do not make good on their warranty and do not monitor the work of their sub-par contractors My house is appalling, my neighborhood looks like a war zone without grass, and no one is happy The deceitful practices of this company abound, everything is lies and trying to cheat the customers out of advertised items to save a dollar The paint issue has been long standing, the structural defects that were lumped into the "multiple paint issues" by the project manager who assured us everything was going to be taken care of, was his way of hiding those issues so the home office was not aware of them Another deceitful practice used commonly here as well You may close this case as unresolved We will just have to use other means to deal with this longstanding issue We are very disappointed with DR *** and its agents, from sales, to service, to contractors, to HOA (who is still run by ***), all the way through its quality care It was our mistake to ever buy in a property with that title

I met my technician onsite last week and we developed a corrective plan for the yard and are in process of scheduling this. Weather has delayed the repairs but I anticipate the corrections taking place in the next weeksThank you, ***

I have not agreed the repairs were completed, no inspection of the fence was completedi have shown proof the drainage is not working correctlythese are statements made by the organization!!!

The warranty manager has been in contact with the customer and has been facilitating communication with ***, including the replacement of the power cord last Wednesday
