I have found techs from Donmar to be, prompt, knowledgeable and professional.
Jorge was great he took time to explain my optiins in detial.
Will use Donmar again.

I discovered Donmar about one year ago...and wish I had know about them 24 years earlier. They are quick, efficient, courteous and so very good at answering any and all questions. Jorge has been my service person for two of the three times I've requested service..and he is exemplary. I have used about five different service providers for heating and cooling in my quarter century in NoVa, and I only have great things to say. My previous provider, a very large area company did a nefarious sale and then had to repair the damage caused by damage caused...I had considered them very good until the new system destroyed part of my downstairs by leaking into the drywall and ceiling. Donmar has my full trust and I hope that their great work, customer service and fast turnaround, continue.

Donmar heating and cooling installed our new system and it has been working very nice.
We are extremely happy to find such an expert company who also has been servicing the system. The technicians are very professional and knowledgeable. During the last visit, Jorge did an excellent job maintaining the system and providing useful information on the system operation to the new tenants.

I have had nothing but positive intreraction with Donmar and Mark D wqas no exception. He was on time and did his job expertly and explained why and how the replacement was necessary.

During the last visit Jorge did an excellent job performing maintenance on our system and made some recommendations as to what needed to be performed in the future to keep our system in top running condition. Donmar Heating and Cooling's response to my recent air conditioning crisis was outstanding. From my emergency call at 0800 it was only two hours until Mr. M arrived at my door just after 1000....exactly as promised. Sean assessed the problem and installed a new fan motor from inventory he had on the truck. No hassles or problems. Just professional and timely service. He explained my options and then went right to work. This is a company you want to do business with. I would recommend Donmar to my family, friends, and neighbors without reservation.

Donmar Heating and Cooling has amazing, unparalleled, professional, friendly customer service. My first visit with Rapheal P. was an incredibly positive experience. He is extremely knowledgeable, walked me through the entire HVAC tune-up process and went over all of my various repair/replacement options. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs to have their HVAC serviced in Northern Virginia. This company's quality of service was better than many of the leading HVAC servicing companies that I have hired in the past and quite frankly, their attention to detail and professionalism was absolutely refreshing. I would never use another company for HVAC repairs again after my incredibly positive experience with Domar Heating and Cooling.

I have a very good experience with Donmar. I received a service reminder email a day before and an accurate ETA of the technician on the service day. Sean M. was very patient while I was on the phone and took his time explaining all the problems and my options. I would definitely recommend both Donmar and Sean.

Donmar Heating and Cooling is an excellent company. Our interactions with everyone at the company were highly positive. The new HVAC system installed is perfect. Javier V, the lead installer, did a great job. He was meticulous in getting everything to meet all the new code requirements and explained how to use the system. The new system looks and works great. I would recommend Donmar to anyone considering getting a new HVAC system.

Love this company. Everyone from the office staff to the technicians that come out are amazing. They send the same technician out each time so you really get to know them and they get to know you. Javier who put in my new unit was wonderful, too. Left things neat and clean and I knew I was in good hands.
