I got the card.
I got the nonstop loop to hold for the next representative.
The phone number to call was a local (918). area code.
Track number [redacted]
SCAM. After calling the 866 # and providing the tracking number they could not tell me the product and "required" name, address and phone to look up product. Suspicious but was expecting a warranty plumbing part and thought 'maybe' they used cheapo shipping to have it delivered ... Not. The product was "complimentary" TIDE detergent AFTER being asked to complete a survey ... Informed them I was not interested in solicitation, take me out of your db and hung up. Waste of time. Don't bother calling. Scam reports all over internet.
This company is the biggest scam artist group I have ever heard of. They completely lie about who / what they are in their marketing. They are arrogant and unfriendly. I WOULD NEVER EVER IN A MILLION YEARS TRUST THEM. If you see anything with DMC - FLEE and never look back. Do not let them test your water. They will be there at least 2 hours! If you call them on accident because they trick you with their scams hang up as soon as they say "go green initiative"
have had repeated robo calls on my cell phone from their phone number. When I asked to be removed from their list they said no. Now I receive a false, misleading card in the mail that they missed us to deliver a package. I don't want anything from this company and have told them such. They should be closed down & imprisoned for fraud.
I received a postcard in the mail today advising that they are trying to deliver an important package. Because my last name was spelled wrong on the postcard gave me a clue to look up this company. I am not even going to bother to call - it is a gimmick! Its sad that many people are expecting packages at this time of the year, and this certainly could confuse the elderly. Should be illegal...
The company is spamming thru usps . They send post cards that they say they have trying to reach to deliver a important package . Then you stay on hold and it's all about collecting information to probably resell.
