What a SCAM!! I received the card via the USPS and thought for a moment that I missed a delivery I checked the Revdex.com website and found out DMC Services has a "F" rating which caused me to read the customer reviews Thanks to everyone I did not waste my time calling I did however contact the USPS as I suspect this could be a form of "mail fraud." So glad I didn't fall for this SCAM Thanks Revdex.com
I received a postcard in the mail today advising that they are trying to deliver an important package Because my last name was spelled wrong on the postcard gave me a clue to look up this company I am not even going to bother to call - it is a gimmick! Its sad that many people are expecting packages at this time of the year, and this certainly could confuse the elderly Should be illegal
I received a deceiving postcard which gave a tracking number and asked me to call a phone number to schedule a delivery I checked DMC on line first through Revdex.com Glad I did I would not want a person to come to my home to talk about water purifier
This company is the biggest scam artist group I have ever heard ofThey completely lie about who / what they are in their marketingThey are arrogant and unfriendlyI WOULD NEVER EVER IN A MILLION YEARS TRUST THEMIf you see anything with DMC - FLEE and never look backDo not let them test your waterThey will be there at least hours! If you call them on accident because they trick you with their scams hang up as soon as they say "go green initiative"
I got a card few weeks ago and forgot about itIt smelled like a scam so I found it today and this is the first page I looked it upI also got an email to my work that is even more stinky because it is only email there and a link
Like the person stated before, I never ordered anything from them, the card they mailed me looked awful shady DO NOT CALL

I got the card I got the nonstop loop to hold for the next representative The phone number to call was a local (918)area code Track number [redacted]
SCAM!
After receiving a post card in the mail saying "SORRY WE MISSED YOU" and "To reschedule delivery:" I thought perhaps my husband had ordered something online These practices should not be legal Glad I checked out the Revdex.com website before I called
I received a postcard from DMC Services stating that I had an important package to be delivered That is not true and is therefore fraudulent It is an attempt to gain additional information or to gain an audience in hopes of extracting funds from me This smacks of the kind of operation that will be featured on the television show "American Greed" at some point in the future While I have no idea what the people at DMC Services are trying to sell, the use of fraudulent sales tactics that insult my intelligence suggests that they are not legitimate
Initial Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2015/08/10) */
First let me state that the customer called in the heat spell that back logged everybody for a couple of weeksWhen he called, he said that everyone was booked up and he was desperate and cant find anyoneI told him that I'm booked almost two
weeks outThat I might be able to squeeze him in, since he is close to my houseBut I was "VERY CLEAR" with him, that it would have to be a quick fix like most service calls areIf it wasn't then I didn't have any time to come back and take care of himMy 21yr old son was with me doing service calls that dayAnd he can also corroborate the true storyIt turned out the quick service call that he stated it would be, was not the caseThere was issues with the questionable system he had installed in the homeI spent a solid hour trying to fix his problemThis was a service call that was more complex and related to the questionable installation and brand/size of the systemAnd I was mislead and told that it was a quick fixAfter spending more than a hour there trying to fix his systemTold him that I needed to leave for a 6pm apptTold him that I couldn't get back till possibly Monday, but couldn't guarantee anything, because of my full scheduleHe kept insisting because he couldn't find anyoneI told him that I possibly might fit him in around 10am on MondayNot a guarantee! There was never no promise other than saying I would come over and fix it, if it was a simple quick service call to fit him inI had a personal tragedy in family along with having my van broke into over the weekendSo the window that I said I might have available for him on Monday, was no longer availableThere was never no promise made to him, or any hand shakeAnd I was up front and very clear to him before ever coming to his houseThat I was doing him a favor and squeezing him inAnd it had to be a simple easy service callBecause that was the only time I hadafter I didn't make his assumed firm appointment on monday, which I was very clear that I might be able to fit him in, no guaranteesHe called meThe customer was very rude, never sympathetic!!!Talked down to me was raising his voice and telling me how to run my businessI had a full HVAC system to install on Tuesday with a fully paid deposit and time commitment from a customer, that was unable to rescheduleHe was telling me that I needed to cancel my work on Tuesday and take care of himI Told him that wasn't possible, due to customer scheduling their timeSo he became irate and was insulting to me and saying disparaging remarks about my business and how I operate itSo instead of listening to all the insults and lack of respect he was showing meI politely said that he needs to call someone to resolve his ACThen I ended the callI work with hundreds of seniors, never once had a issueBeen in business for over 16yrsAfter 1000's of customers I have complaints now with Revdex.comOne was from a dishonest person trying to get a free furnace repairOne was from a driving complaintWhich confuses me how someone can file a Revdex.com complaint about drivingIsn't that for the police to handle?? And now this, trying to help and accommodate someonewho was desperate and misleading as to the nature of the service call
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 12, 2015/08/13) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The owner of this business had embellished his response with twisted if not informationI have "no" professional knowledge regarding HVAC systemsTherefore it is impossible for me to diagnose or to state a problem is "a quick fix"It is true the repair person and his son worked on the air unit for an hourHe tried to put in refrigerant but the unit would not take itThat's when he quitThe company we had come out a week and a half later replaced what they identified as a leaking coupling, i.ea seal had cracked due to over tightening when the unit was installed five years agoThe unit was then refilled with refrigerant and has worked fine since thenThe repair took about an hour and a halfWhen the owner of the company I have complained about told me about the theft of his tools I was indeed sympathetic and told him I was sorry for his lossAlso, there was never any discussion about him "fitting me in"The fact remains that he told me to find someone else to do the jobThis person is merely making excuses and statements to justify himselfPatheticHe appears to believe that my complaint is unjustified by discussing past complaintsIn my experience for every one complaint one hears about there are usually five more that you don'tIf this person had some genuine integrity he would, at least, have offered a free air conditioning check within the coming year instead of letting two seniors sweat in a hot houseHe categorically stated he could not fit us in for at least another weekI have never had anyone in a service profession start a job and not finish it completely or tell me that they might be able to come back in a week or so - ridiculous!
Final Business Response /* (1000, 17, 2015/09/21) */
This is what you get for trying to help a desperate personI was very clear before I even came over to his houseThat I really didn't have time to fit him inI tried to do a good thingAnd this is the result of thatIts even more disheartening to see someone misstate the factsMy record speaks for itself End of Story
My spouse is a Police Detective and I am an Officer We have checked DMC out and found them to be fraud Additionally the Revdex.com will not sponsor them Future e-mails or any other correspondence from them will be met with a restraining order and legal action against them They never answer their phone and despite whatever they say about trying to deliver a package or reach you, they are lying

DMC Services is mailing postcards which FALSELY tells the receiver DMC is "SORRY WE MISSED YOU" and "We have been trying to reach you to deliver an important package." In actuality, they want you to call them to set up an appointment for someone to come sell you something! They are probably skirting the law by giving you something inconsequential if you agree to the appointment. They should be closed down!

I received a postcard saying I had a package that needed delivery and that I needed to make an appointment for that delivery. I had ordered 3 items recently, and thought that it was conceivable that a package was waiting for delivery. However, I am an extremely busy person and waited more than a week. I looked up my packages on [redacted] and they were not sent with DMC Services. So I looked them up online. They are a scam. The phone number on my card is [redacted]. Not the same as the business profile number. I also noticed that the stamp on the postcard was not canceled. Are they putting these cards in the mailboxes???

Just moved to Georgia... and having lots of mail and items delivered... and many solicitations, most uninvited.
Anyway, in this setting received an odd postcard from this "Company" regarding scheduling a delivery... with a (bogus) tracking number.
Despite all that is going on with getting settled into a new home, we were unaware of any item(s) that would be delivered in this manner... so we looked online at DMC and immediately "SCAM" appeared... and the postcard/delivery ruse.
I hate it that predatory outfits seek to take advantage of those with many things to manage during a hectic time.
Wish they would get sued out of the sleezy business they are in... .

this is a deceptive marketing company that sent a postcard that erroneously claims you have a package that they are attempting to deliver. These guys need to be shut down.
