My granddaughter placed the order and her name is [redacted], a 15 year old for her birthday. Of course there is no receipt but she was given a confirmation # : [redacted]. Still to this day have not gotten the hair. It was debited right away from my debit card [redacted] and showing on my statement. That's my receipt . That was another red flag on my statement which shows hair extensions order [redacted]. Date shown 12/28/15. No order # shown in the space. You left it blank on purpose. TR date 12/26/15.

Hi [redacted].I apologize for my not contacting you back as I assumed you got a response from Dynasty Hair to say after my last contact they mailed the hair to my grand daughter a week later via priority mail. They were satisfied with it though I asked for a refund. The business just mailed it with no apology or any kind of response. Just the hair. Thanks for your assistance in this matter.

if there was a true issue with a product, the customer would have contacted us right away before throwing away an item. We do not accept complaints without having the products back to us before sending new hair to the customer.

I communicated with the company via text message which is listed on their website as an option to contact them. The number I have for the company is [redacted] and I spoke with someone before I made my purchase to ensure that I was getting the hair that I wanted. Also, I spoke with someone after I received the hair and was displeased with what was sent, but the communication stopped. I have proof of the messages in my phone and can provide them if necessary.

business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I accept it. I have contacted them as soon as I took out the hair because I figured I can make this hair act right with the proper care I listed before. This company has the worst customer service ever they do not care about customer satisfaction in any way I wasted two hundred dollars on hair that lasted two to three weeks I sent pictures of the hair and I do not want an exchange for the hair I no longer trust this hair company. I expect a full refund since I wasted hundreds of dollars and had to throw it out because it's matted. I attached before and after pictures of the hair.
