I am so so so happy with my result for dark circle around my eyes. I highly recommended DermalMD.
After having my son I had very bad stretch marks and tried many ...for a cure one of them was Dermalmd stretch mark serum and this worked good for me.
I have purchased dermalmd's acne serum for one of my friend who has pimples problem since long. He has tried almost all the ways to get over it but couldnt work at all. Now he has started trying this serum From the day I purchased and effect is already being seen on his face which is almost cleared now from pimples even dark spots are also removed and he is too happy by having it.

They told me it'll take 10-14 business days to deliver the product to Muscat, Oman. It's been a full 6 weeks now and I haven't received it. I tried to contact them a lot but they're not responding anymore. Last thing they told me they will reship it. I also gave them a solution for this problem. I told them I have a brother who lives in California, so they can reship the product to him and he can ship it to me by faster delivery service. But they ignored my Emails and I haven't received my order since 5 March. What should I do now?

No results after weeks of usage, requested a refund to which they replied I would get a partial. Not acceptable.
Product purchased 2/8/19 & proved ineffective after a few weeks usage. I wrote asking for a refund & received a reply that I would be issued a partial refund. I wrote back questioning their 100% satisfaction guaranteed claim, no response. I returned the product, then wrote demanding a full refund or I would complain to PayPal & Revdex.com, to which Ethan Tremblay responded on 3/7 that I "will process a refund in 5-7 days." Today is 3/19 & so far, no refund.
I want them to live up to their claim of "100% satisfaction guaranteed" and issue me a full refund for a product that did not work as advertised & was returned to them.

The company rep first stated they would give a partial refund. When asked repeatedly what does 100% money back guarantee mean exactly, he finally replied that I would refund my money in 5-7 days. No refund made, so I filed a dispute with PayPal and a complaint with Revdex.com. PayPal ruled in my favor as the company never responded. It should not be this difficult to make this company live up to it's advertising that they guarantee their product 100%. Yes, I got my money back, but not because of any action taken by DermalMD.

I emailed DermalMD for a refund and haven't been answered clearly
I have ordered the scar cream from DermalMD on January 5th, 2019. After I got it, I read the ingredients and they were quite different than what have been mentioned on the website and I am allergic to one of those ingredients and I was trying to request a refund from DermalMD by email asking them about the details of refunding. Then they responded me with different answers including;
1) they can't give refund outside of the US
2) if they issue me a refund, I have to pay as much as the price of the product or more
3) they wanted me to send them a tracking number and would deduct the shipping from the refund
I then responded saying that I will not ship the product unless they guarantee me for a full refund because I would have already paid for shipping when I go to ship it.
They still haven't responded to me and I have emailed them on February 5th, 2019 and today is February 8th, 2019.
I would like to receive a FULL refund because this is considered spam and deceptive considering their customer service guarantee. I should'nt be paying for shipping from the first place either
Please send back the product so we can refund your purchase as we been mentioning to you. We have been communicating with you via our support, there isn't a need for a Revdex.com complaint.

I am going to ship the product today and if the company doesn't give me my refund for keeping the review up, then I will contact you for guidance. So far the company have been telling me they won't give me my refund if I don't take the review down which gets me skeptical because I dont think a company is supposed to be informal and unprofessional with a customer. So I have decided to ship the product today and take my review down once I get my refund so that I ensure having it. If they didn't give me back my refund I have copies of documentation to give as proof.

"Money Back Guarantee" Refund request not honored by the company.
On March 28, 2018 I had sent an email to Dermal MD asking if the Under Eye Serum had long lasting results.
On March 29, I received an email from a representative named Ethan Tremblay, stating "You can see the dramatic changes after use. The result is permanent. No worries..."
I then replied to his email asking "How long does it take for the results to start showing?"
and he responded "You can notice the changes from first week. From second week it will disappear."
I subsequently ordered one bottle of the serum, which stated on their website there was a Money Back Guarantee. My order details are below:

On June 1, 2018 I emailed Ethan again, stating that I had finished the entire bottle of the serum, and no change happened at all. I provided before and after photos. I asked to exercise the Money Back Guarantee.
On June 2, Ethan responded to me, "Sorry for the inconvenience.... We will process refund in 5-7 days"
On June 14, since I still had not received my refund, I emailed Ethan asking for an update. I never received a response.
On June 18, I emailed him stating "Can I get an answer to my email please? Or better yet, the actual refund that I was promised. I will be contacting the Revdex.com if I do not receive it by Thursday." He responded, "I will check in my end and let you know the status of your refund."
As of today, June 21, I still have not received the $74 refund, and I have not heard back from Ethan.

I am having rosacea so it was kind a painful for me to go out in the sun. Not only I used to feel that my face is only a centimetre away from the sun but my face itself used to trun into a red sun which was quite embarrassing for me. But luckily neither my face burns now nor it gets red, cause now I use a rosacea serum of Dermalmd it's great ....well thanks to this thing now I am able to go out easily especially in the day time.
After ordering dermalmd under eye treatment serum online, the company supplied me a wrong product I ordered for dermalmd under eye treatment serum but they provided me with dermalmd blemish serum so it really annoyed me but after a complain they exchanged this wrong product with the one which I actually ordered and the product is really great.
With dermalmd under eye serum I have seen very less improvement in my dark circles as of yet but am still hopeful. I would recommend this.

I purchased Stretch Mark Serum which doesn't work what so ever!!!
I purchased an fake product on September 16, 2017 for $58.00. Its complete false advertisement its a con it doesn't work at all! On the website it states that the product will do the following Moisturizing skin to make it more supple and stretchy
Supplying collagen that encourages the growth of healthy skin in place of scars, stretch marks, and other damaged cells
Encouraging cells to produce more elastin, which allows skin to stretch more without scarring or marks
Nourishing cells with antioxidants that both prevent and repair damage
Reducing pigments in stretch marks that make them more noticeable. There are no results no difference it is a con!

I have patiently waited for over a month to receive a refund for a product that I have never received.
I ordered the Acne Treatment on September 8, 2017. The total came to $69.03. I decided to cancel my order a few hours later, and contacted their customer service via email (that is the only option the company provides on their website). I was contacted by a customer service representative, Ethan Tremblay, on September XX XXXX. He stated, "Yes . . . I have cancelled your order and will refund you soon." I waited until September 14, 2017 to contact him once more as I did not receive the refund. He replied with, "Due to hurricane Irma it will take a few more days." So, I waited until September 25, 2017, to contact him once more and he replied with, "Yes . . . we are back! Everything normal. Will process your refund today." I did not receive it. I contacted him once more on October 3, 2017. Again, he claimed he would process my refund. This continued until October 10, 2017 when I had notified him that I had contacted my bank and disputed the charge made on my credit card. Since then, I have not heard from him, nor any dermalmd rep.
I would like a refund of $69.03.
