I want my money back. Below is the screenshot of the money I paid and the products ordered. Please process my refund ASAP.
I am so glad I did! I have only been using the product for a few weeks and it is already making an incredible difference in how my glutes look and feel. The serum absorbs quickly, leaving my skin feeling silky and smooth. It smells great without being overpowering.

the glute booster saved me from getting completely embarassed on the beach. The wrinkle serum is nice and makes me look younger, but it has a weird smell to it. Also, the shipping is very unpredictable. Sometimes its slow and other times its fast.

Ive been using the make skin lighter for a little while and ive definitely seen improvement. The first week there wasn't anything special, but my hyperpigmentation improved and started to disappear. I recommend this because of the non-harmful ingredients and it smells great. Other creams make me gag. The reason why I took off a star is because of the inconsistent shipment. The product may come on time but late on the next purchase which is annoying.
Never received the product and asked for a refund -nothing happened.
I have ordered the Make Skin Lighter product on the 14.04.2020 . Until today I have not received the product. I was patient due to the corona situation but 2 months have passed. I contacted the support on 21st of May and they suggested to wait another 2 weeks . I waited but still nothing. On 14.06.2020 and 17.0620 asked for a refund but nobody replied. I placed an order about 3 weeks ago.I tried to reach out by email bc my address was not included for the order.No response and I would like a refund.
I placed an order 3 weeks ago and noticed my address was not in the order just my street number.So I tried 5 times to reach out to the company but all my emails were returned.So I would just like a refund at this point bc this company doesn't have a customer service number or anyway to get in touch with them.Seems like a scam.

Hi, have you used our contact form on our website, or were you emailing our paypal ID email? We answer all inquiries from our website chat, and contact form 24-48 hours. You simply weren't emailing the right channel. This error has happened before from other buyers who emailed the paypal email rather than go to the website.

I emailed the correct email address and I have proof that I can provide. The company only responded back because I filed a complaint. I will never order from this company again in the future. I haven't received the refund yet but I should receive it in a couple of days.
Received two products. One was good. The other had an expiration date of a year ago.
I received my order of the Anti-Aging Serum and Under Eye serum on April 27th. Upon opening, the Anti Aging Serum has a date of March 2019. I was not happy with a product that had been sitting that long. I reached out to someone on the live feed and was told they would look in to it. They have been giving me the run around. I then proceeded to email your customer service. I was told the product was sold out and they would issue a refund. My initial email was sent on May 4th. A day later they said they issued the refund. I gave it a few days and still have yet to see the refund. Last communication was on May 7th, saying they would double check. Now here we are on the 14th and still no response or refund! This is ridiculous! I will never order from them again! The product was like $60 before taxes and shipping.
I want my money back!! This has been going on for 2.5 weeks now.

A refund has not been processed or acknowledged. Sent item back early January and despite 6 emails to company no response. Proof of return obtained
I purchased an incorrect product and on same day (within hours) of placing order I asked for order to be cancelled and replaced with a different product. I was advised by a Dermal MD email that my order could not be cancelled, but to send item back for refund. I also placed an order for the correct product which the company knew about, but confirmed I could obtain a refund on original order.

The order process didn't require contact info, quantity. I saw the number of Revdex.com complaints and decided to cancel. No company response to refund req.

The website was extremely unorthodox, as explained above. It went straight to payment, and I never received a receipt from the company for the product, just the PayPal email receipt. I'd like a refund.

I have done a payment through paypal on 17th september for Dermal MD Scar treatment cream. but later on I decided to cancel the approximately around half an hour due to some reasons.So I sent an email to their support team for cancellation and refund (to the email id which is mentioned in the paypal receipt) along with the receipt but there is not response. Again I sent a reminder email .So I wanted to cancel the order in order to get back the refund.

I returned a product and was never refunded despite repeatedly being told in writing I would receive a refund.
On June 24, 2019 I received a product I ordered from the website DermalMD.com. The website advertises a 100% money back guarantee and I decided I did not want this product. The same day, I used the "contact us" link on their website to ask how I should initiate the return. ***, a representative for DermalMD, responded to my inquiry on June 26 and told me I should return the product to the following address:

I used *** tracking to make this return and was notified that the return had been delivered on June 28, 2019. On July 15, 2019 I contacted *** at the same email address (***@productsupport.desk-mail.com via pm.mtasv.net) and told him that I had not yet received my refund. He responded on July 16, 2019 and asked for the tracking details. I responded the same day and gave him the tracking details along with my original order number. On July 17, 2019 he responded that my refund would be processed in 5-7 business days.
On August 7, 2019 I emailed *** (again at ***@productsupport.desk-mail.com via pm.mtasv.net) and told him I still had not received my refund. On August 8, he emailed to apologize and say that he needed to do some checking on the accounts to clarify the status. On August 19, 2019 I emailed him to ask if there was an update. On August 21, 2019 I received a short reply from *** saying he received my return and would process the refund in a few days. On August 27, 2019 I sent *** the following email:

I have been trying to receive a refund of $60 for my unopened return for two months. The DermalMD website claims to offer a 100% money back guarantee and as far as I can tell, this is a lie and your business is a scam. I will be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com, naming Bright Star Development and DermalMD a fraudulent business, and listing you as the proprietor.
I would like to be refunded $60.00 for the product I returned.

Dermalmd's lightening serum is a definitely satisfactory product. I used it during my pregnancy to get rid of my dark area on neck. I won't say that it worked wonders but yes it helped me in reducing my pigmentation and improving my skin texture. So it's worth using.
