He arrived on time, asked if he parked in a place that would not be in anyone's way, and came in after putting on covers for his wet shoes (it was raining) He took the time to explain everything that he was going to do and then proceeded to do it I never felt he was rushing through the job but instead took whatever time was needed to do the job right Besides all his technical competence he was, plain and simple, a really nice guy It was a pleasure to have him in our home
