We have been customers of Rodenhiser Plumbing for over years and have been extremely pleased with the consistent high quality of the service and the personnel Our latest experience was typically satisfying when the tech, *** *** who came to do the annual A/C maintenance put in a five-hour effort to resolve problems that he detected in his inspection of the system It would have been much easier for him to write up his findings for a later service call, but he insisted on taking care of the repairs immediately That is prime service by any measure

Fast, Friendly service Eversource had shut down my furnace on the coldest day of the year The team at Rodenhiser came out inspected my furnace and gave me electric heaters to keep my pipes from freezing The next day (Sunday) a sales rep came out to show me new furnaces, picked on out and the furnace was installed by Monday afternoon All along the way the team was helpful, and continued to support the system after the install Technicians had to come out a couple of times late at night to fix a couple of places where the pipes had frozen Each time the technician was out in less than a couple of hours after my initial phone call

Their service was quality, professional, explained options and when I was in need, I called at 4:on a Wednesday, and *** the technician with degree heat and no AC, was at my door the next morning at AM The competition couldn't get me an appointment for another week
