Deluxe Roofing and Construction

After a storm I called Deluxe Roofing to inspect my roof. A man named Bobby came right out to do the inspection. Bobby was very professional and courteous. He advised me to contact my insurance company and I did so. Bobby met with the insurance inspector at my house to inspect the roof together. Bobby put a new roof and new rain gutters on my house. Added ridge vents, took out the attic fan that didn’t work. Repaired a section of fence and the porch cover. All this work was done and completed with no expense out of my pocket. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get a new roof. Bobby went above and beyond the call of duty to make my home look great. Awesome job.

These guys did an amazing job! The service, price and warranty were just too good to pass up. We also upgraded our roof to class 3, which will pay for itself in a year from insurance savings! They even completed our 2,600 sqft home in one day!

I had my roof and gutter replaced by them. They were quick, I had my roof and gutters replaced in a few days. This was my first time I had to replace my roof and Bobby B was very helpful. He explained every step clearly and was detailed in his explaination.

1-Tyler is an amazing project manager. He was always around the project from day 1 all the way till completion. He also sends text notifications about weather conditions and coordinate effectively with all other contractors.
2- Quality of the roof, gutters and fence installed were superior to the quality the builder Lennar put in our house. Our house was only 7 months old when it got hit by the hail storm.
3-Record time. Tyler started the project in record time and he also finished installing the roof in 6 hours! in 3 days, everything else was in place!
4-Chad and communication. Chad communicated effectively with us as well as with our insurance company. (need to give a shout out to ASI and Progressive here, they were there for us when we needed them)
I recommend these guys to anyone who wants their roof changed. It was a hassle free experience!

Best Experience Ever with a Contractor. I have not written many review in my life so when you work with this company you will know why I am writing one. Everyone on the team was courteous and professional, and most importantly the roof looks great! I would definitely use Deluxe Roofing again. Our house was listed for sale and now after the roof is done we fell in love with it again and seriously thinking about staying. JL made the process so easy... Great Job!
