I cannot say enough good things about Deluxe Roofing and Chad H. In addition to steering me in the right direction for a new roof on my rental property, they were able to replace my gutters and add gutter guards. No more climbing on a ladder to clean out the gutters. Additionally they did a great job of fixing the inside of the house where the roof had been leaking. They were very flexible working with my tenant to get that work done. I was extremely pleased that they were able to find the replacement material that I had used to allow sunlight to come from the opening in the roof in my garden shed. They really know what customer service means. They are a top notch company.

My new Class 3 roof looks fantastic, thank you Chad for that idea. Bobby was great to work with and did a super job working around our rainy weather. My gutters are so well done and much better than what I had. Cudos to their painter/carpenter, fence man, roofing crew--all top notch. They removed my turbines to make the ridge vents work effectively. Emily was great to work with my insurance. Fred, the painter/carpenter is magic. He replaced part of my chimney and patched/painted a bedroom ceiling area that was stained due to leaking. It matches and you can't even see where the stain was. They redesigned my gutters/downspouts so they now work perfectly. Deluxe was awesome & professional every step of the way.

After a storm I called Deluxe Roofing to inspect my roof. A man named Bobby came right out to do the inspection. Bobby was very professional and courteous. He advised me to contact my insurance company and I did so. Bobby met with the insurance inspector at my house to inspect the roof together. Bobby put a new roof and new rain gutters on my house. Added ridge vents, took out the attic fan that didn’t work. Repaired a section of fence and the porch cover. All this work was done and completed with no expense out of my pocket. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get a new roof. Bobby went above and beyond the call of duty to make my home look great. Awesome job.
