I am rejecting this response because:1) The business promised to fill in all nailed in and cracks areas filled in to a smooth flat Finnish. 
2) Currently all screwed or nailed in areas can be see as recessed areas in the wood. This is something they promised as part of their service.
3) They also incorrectly painted preferred color scheme after several verbal in person same day instructions.
We asked the skirt on deck be tan. They painted it white. We would like this corrected.
We would accept resolution once these promises are fullfilled and damages paid for loss of coy fish.

rejecting this response because: to date I have not received any refund. The company is still charging me over $700 for deck cleaning compared to comparable businesses of $500. I emailed Saul with Deckhelment and informed him I had not received any refund on 8/15. He again has not responded to me.The company has still materials in my driveway and has not picked them up. I will not be held responsible for these materials.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as Deck Helmet abides by their agreement to have their scheduling manager call me tomorrow, Friday, 10/08/15 to schedule this upcoming weekend.NOTE to the Revdex.com and Deck Helmet - Please do NOT close this matter out until Deck Helmet has actually reported to my home to complete the work as their track record is bad for not living up to their agreements.  I will (as I am sure Deck Helmet will) advise once Deck Helmet actually calls and appears to complete the work.   Thank you.

I signed a contract with Deck Helmet in 12/2015 with a commitment from them that the work would be completed in June. The June commitment got pushed up via email to July. Nothing was done and no notice or explanation; early August, I received a call requesting my credit card information, to order supplies! I was livid! No other communication, or explanation on missed commitments; I had already paid $2300! $1,000/down payment; $1,300 for supplies! After 2 weeks of having 2 large cans of paint literally laying in my yard; a few days later other materials laying n my yard! no communication, no explanation ; no progress; finally 8/30/16, I called deck helmet, requesting the work be completed as promised, or refund my $2300! On 8/31/16 the work began! Completed on 9.1. 16! So far, my deck seems ok! I paid the balance via money order, because I honestly want nothing else to do with Deck Helmet! The deck work looks great thus far! Customer trust factor is not there. Truthfully, LPA

I am rejecting this response because:
Work was to be completed on 9/19.  We were told they would remove deck furniture and  sand down the whole deck the  redo the deck with prodct. They sent 1 person who repainted over the areas that were peeling up, meaning they just tried to cover up the bad spots instead of redoing it. He had no knowledge that he was suppose to remove all furniture, sand down and redo job. He left without fixing anything. He told us he would be back on 9/22 to finish the job the correct way. Today, 9/22, no one showed up, no one called, no communication whatsoever  from the company. So I called Jason who responded to my original complaint with the number he provided. I told him who I was and he was EXTREMELY rude. I explained what happened Saturday and the fact that no one is here today without explanation. He said he'd get back to me. He had Mike call me and Mike says he will call me today or tomorrow to let me know when someone will be out. We will see if that holds true. I can't believe a company can operate like this. How canthese mabangers and the owner be allowed to talk so rudely to their customers? We have yet to speak to someone who treated us like they appreciated our business. Mike was polite on the phone today but as history has taught us, the company is full of empty promises and could care less about their cuatomers. Why do I have to chase down them to get answers since JULY?! Marco a manager that we dealt with was demanding the rest of the payment after the job was finished. We asked for a receipt and he replied rudely that "he has a stack of checks sitting on his desk that no one else needed a receipt so why should we?" We are STILL WAITING for a reciept and it's September! We requested a copy of the 10 year warranty in July and we are still waiting on it. I have lost track of all the non returned phone calls, no replies to emails and "managers" that wI'll get back to me. We have done nothing but fulfill our duty of payment in full (which I totally regret doing). And I  return for payment in full we have been left with a deck that is peeling, being treated disrespectfully, talked down to by mangers, broken promises, dead grass, no return phone calls and emails, lack of showing up for a job, coming to the job ill informed and not prepared. This is the worst experience with a company ever! Such a headache for something that was suppose to be over and done with 2 months ago.
