This is the worse company EVER!!!!!! I would never ever recommended anyone to do business with them and will make it my business to tell anyone I know not to buy a car from these peopleThey are scam artist, rude, unprofessional, and basically thievesI hope they get shut down one day!!!!!!
I traded in a vehicle for a vehicle on the lot in May As of today, the vehicle traded in is not paid off and still in my name In May 2016, I found a vehicle on the Deals on Wheels lot I really likedI went that day and traded in my Hyundai Sonata for a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport [redacted] (lot owner)received a check from my bank within a day or so He stated that everything was taken care ofHe called the next week and said he had ran into some trouble with my SonataThat he couldn't pay it off and we would have to work something outHe instructed me not to discuss this with any other employeesHe said he would pay it off soon in incrementsThat he just didn't have the money at that timeHe also stated that he had four other cars in the same positionI am no car dealer, but he should have taken care of my Sonata payoff with the money he received from my bank for the Santa FeI didn't feel right about the situation and contacted my dad (cosigner of Sonata) wi

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Problem: My case [redacted] stated was resolvedI am very upset and frustrated due to the fact the lady lied and never ever informed me of the cost back in May because I wouldn't have continued with this complaintThe other gentleman at DOW stated it would cost and he had no idea that this quote was existingHow can a company come up with an answer and resolution when the never talked it over with the customerI believe this is fraud on there part and very deceitfulI want them to cover the replacement of the transmission due to the fact I am paying on the car that is sitting on there lotI have never stopped paying which is good faith on my part and I believe this company likes to lie because I most likely would have considered that solution back in May instead of all the headaches that have been caused nowI truly will never recommend this company to anyoneI believe asking for them to solve this and pay is not asking too much since they have received payment for the car which is not being drivenI am a truly honest deceit person and the treatment and outcome is really sadTranslate Desired Settlement / Outcome Desired Settlement: select Desired Outcome: Have the company fix the car totally on them
In regards to this complaint the customer wrecked the car days after having itWe don't know what damage he did do to the accident but after reviewing we offered to pay for half a new motor installed Cost was we would pay But customer contacted us last week and stated insurance is totaling car out and he is waiting on check to clear up loan and purchase new carWe would love to service him again and find him a low cost like new vehicleWarm Regards, [redacted] *** General Manager
The consumer in question did buy the vehicle from us the truck had 225,miles on itWe advised him to take to any mechanic of his choiceHe opted not toHe proceeded to come a couple times then buy truckI can only speak on the dealerships behalfWe do not do any in house financing at Deals on Wheels,Divine Auto Finance is its own California certified corporationIt purchases contracts from dealership all over CaliforniaAll of the appropriate paperwork is signed on the dealership levelThe consumer refused to buy a warranty and signed a no cooling off period and also a AS/IS buyers guideWe have all California legal DMV paperwork in orderIf you would like us to send you copies let us knowThis is a simple buyers remorse scenario and on his position to pay his payments on time and his financial life situation that is no concern of Deals on WheelsTwo different companiesRespectfully, [redacted] ***
We have given our response and are within all legal DMV requirements as a California DealerDivine Auto Finance is its own corporation that rents a office space inside Deals on Wheels and they buy contracts from dealers all over Central CaI am a principal in corporations in a variety of industries like many entrepreneur'sBottom line is the customer did not adhere to his signed contractsAs for Divine Auto Finance the manager of that company name is [redacted] and their number is ###-###-#### I believe consumers issue is with herRespectfully, [redacted] ***
This place is horribleThey sell cars that are basically lemonsWe got a vehicle through them had it a year and it crapped outHad our mechanic look at it and they told us the things that were wrong had been wrong for years and that he was surprised the car hadn't killed us yetLiterally everything was rusted out and hanging on by a threadThe tires were dry rotted when we bought the truck and were actually different sizesWe had to finance the repairs through them(we had no other option as my husband had missed some work due to us losing a baby)We called to find out our balance and they said we owed like months later we called again and asked the balance and it miraculously went up to So finally in May we ask for a print out because these i
s kept taking our funds and not putting any toward repairs and threatening to repo(they finally realized what happened and there went another 300+ dollars) and it says our balance is Here we are in August after many debit and cash payments(which we have statements and receipts for) and we call to get the balance and they try to tell us it is still How is it possible that after over dollars in payments since the last print out that our balance is the still the same? It is pretty easy how.....they are scam artist who try to screw peopleWe are currently waiting on print outs from our bank and such to take to them and clear up their s
y book keepingI will never ever go to this place againThey will do anything to screw you overtimes they have raised our balance to be almost double what it should be so add in repairs and we have paid probably close to 20,on a vehicle that isn't worth more then I honestly hope that they get put out of businessI am not sure how the people that work there can even sleep at night knowing how unethical that place is
I am rejecting this response because: Again this is a lieThis is a type of business known for lying and cheating their customersI do not believe you are an entrepeneur I believe you are a scam artist, and you have done this beforeSelling bandaged vehicles to get through a test drive only to see the vehicle fail days laterI have a receipt of a payment that I made to divine auto financeItd has a "Deals On Wheels" logo on the header of that recieptI sent a copy of that receipt to one of the Revdex.com's resolution specialists
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It is cometely inaccurateHe failed to mention the vehicles he offered my son had 240,000+ miles on them as well as check engine lightsMy son and I never "checked out" the truckHe is and I am a single motherI would have no clue what to even look forBottom line, my son is a minor which makes the bill of sale voidAll we want is his money backThat is itNo more, no lessFair Sincerely, [redacted]
I have been asked to review and respond to a complaint received in our office on May 9, that was assigned your ID #of [redacted] The vehicle in question was purchased on November 4, and was sold with a 6-month 7,mile limited warranty administered by the [redacted] [redacted] Under the terms of the warranty the customer is responsible for a deductible of $for every covered repair occurrenceThere is no charge to the customer for this warranty The vehicle passed Delaware Dep***ment of Motor Vehicle inspection and the recorded mileage at purchase was 95, The customer test drove the vehicle and did not express any concerns with its functionality The customer indicated that on November 8, the check engine light came on and that the vehicle was increasingly hard to st [redacted] as the weather got colderAlmost two months later, on January 6, the vehicle was brought to Deals On Wheels Service Corporation for evaluation One of the most vital signals of an improperly functioning vehicle is the check engine lightWhen illuminated it alerts the driver to a variety of existing potential problemsThe problem could be something as simple as the gas cap being improperly seated to a serious emission problem Ignoring the check engine light will not make it go away; it will just make the underlying problem more complex and more expensive to fix later on The vehicle was diagnosed as needing a st***er Our service manager, [redacted] indicated that the st***er motor had most likely burned out due to the engine being cranked over and over in order to get the vehicle to st [redacted] as the customer indicated in her complaint The st***er was replaced on January 6, under the terms of the provided warrantyThe total bill was $ The customer paid the previously mentioned deductible of $and the remainder was paid by [redacted] The recorded mileage at the time of repair was 97,indicating a total of 1,miles were put on the vehicle from the date of purchase On January 23, the customer had the vehicle towed to our Service Center indicating that it would not st***The Cam Shaft Sensor was replaced at no charge to the customer and the vehicle was returned to her on January 24, The vehicle continued to experience the no st [redacted] problem from that point It was towed again to our Service Center on January 27, Our service technicians were unable to diagnose the problemAt that point our Service Manager recommended the vehicle be taken to a [redacted] service center so that their factory trained technicians could evaluate the problemOn February 13, the customer picked up the vehicle from our Service Center and according to her, had it towed to [redacted] on February 24, On February 28, [redacted] issued an estimate recommending the replacement of the Engine Control Module and Wire Harness at a cost of $2,These items are considered "high tech" electrical system components and are not a covered item under [redacted] [redacted] provides a list of components that are covered under their programBasically, if a p [redacted] or component is not mentioned on this list, it is not covered A copy of this list, which is given to the customer, is included with this correspondence The customer mentions an "warranty" in her complaint and indicated that our Service Manager had advised her to speak to our General Manager about this "as-is" coverageThere is no other warranty offered other than the free [redacted] previously mentioned There appears to be some confusion regarding the buyer's guide that we are required to display on all vehicles offered for saleThis guide describes whether or not a vehicle is being sold with a limited warranty (which would be the [redacted] ) as opposed to being sold "as-is" with no warranty whatsoeverA copy of the buyer's guide that was displayed on the customer's vehicle is attached Even though Deals On Wheels was under no obligation whatsoever, in the interest of customer service it was determined that if the customer would pay for the necessary p***s to repair the vehicle, Deals On Wheels Service Corporation would perform those repairs at no charge to the customer On March 6, the customer paid $1,for the p***s to repair the vehicle In order to provide additional assistance to the customer, we waived our company's policy with regard to the lending of vehicles and provided her with a courtesy vehicle to drive while her vehicle was being repairedA copy of our no loaner vehicle policy, which we have every customer sign, is included Any vehicle that we would lend to a customer is p [redacted] of our sale inventoryWe do not purchase vehicles for sale that are in need of body work, paint, or costly visible replacement p***s It would not be economically feasible to repair vehicles like this as the cost would eventually be passed on to the buyer The vehicles that we sell are usedDeals On Wheels Service Corporation examines all of our retail vehicles for safety issuesAny items found are repaired prior to being offered for saleAdditionally, prior to purchase, the customer may pre-arrange to have the vehicle examined by the mechanic/repair facility of their choice for evaluation and purchase consideration I do not know if the customer elected to exercise that option Used vehicles as well as new vehicles are subject to mechanical failure at any given moment for any number of reasonsIf no indicators are present during the initial inspection, a component's future failure cannot be predicted The first courtesy vehicle loaned to the customer to use was returned by her two days after it was issuedThe customer advised that the vehicle's engine was overheating and by her own judgment had a bad transmissionBefore lending this vehicle to the customer it had previously been through our shop for its safety checkThe engine temperature registered well within range and no transmission issues were detected Additionally, the vehicle had recently been test driven as well as taken back and forth to Delaware DMV for inspection with no problems reportedWhen our Service Center examined the vehicle after its return, it was found that the thermostat had failed causing the overheat problemNo transmission problems were detectedThis is an example of how it is impossible to predict the failure of a component as mentioned above We immediately issued the customer another courtesy vehicle (our stock# 21101, a Hyundai Accent)The customer mentions several times that there was basically little to no communication between her and our Service Manager when she would call for information on the status of the repairI spoke to [redacted] after he read the entire complaint He indicated that he spoke to her numerous times, but did not think it was necessary to record the date and time of each conversation Frankly, there would be very little repair work completed within reason if every single phone conversation between our Service Center and each customer were required to be noted The work to be done to the customer's vehicle was labor intens•lve and obviously could not commence until the p***s needed were ordered and receivedThe customer was informed by phone on March 7, 2014@ 11:a.mthat the p***s were ordered and the estimated arrival was March 14, They arrived on March 13, Once the repair work was completed the vehicle needed to go back to the [redacted] Dealership so that it could be re programmed; someth'mg that could only be completed by [redacted] We did not feel it was necessary to notify the customer of this as it was included in the original repair for which we had permission to performThere programming took place on March 21, Once completed we sent our lot attendant to [redacted] to pick the vehicle up When he arrived there he found that the vehicle would st [redacted] but would not stay running He contacted the Service Manager who advised him to leave the vehicle there [redacted] spoke to the service advisor at [redacted] who advised him that there was additional work that needed to be done to the vehicle, which was not diagnosed by [redacted] during the original evaluation [redacted] declined any additional work since no pre-approval had been made by either the customer or Deals On Wheels Service Corporation [redacted] decided that he would personally take care of the vehicle, until he was satisfied that it was operating as it should He did not want the customer to have further costs to contend with The repairs were completed on April 2S, On AprilS, the customer contacted our office stating that the clutch in the courtesy vehicle became inoperable Prior to this happening, the customer did speak to our Service Manager and mentioned to him that the clutch seemed to be slipping Although her rendition of the conversation was that she received no response from him, he remembers advising her to bring it in to be checkedHe recalled that the customer responded that she did not want to be out of a car to use Had she returned the vehicle when first noticing the problem she would most likely have received another courtesy vehicle Evidentially she decided to continue to drive the vehicle until the clutch was no longer operational We dispatched one of our lot personnel to pick the customer up and bring her to our officeShe spoke with [redacted] , our Sales Manager and requested another courtesy vehkleRegina advised her that she would be unable to do so based on what just occurred with the vehicle she was currently driving Unfortunately, the customer chose to handle the malfunctioning clutch as she did the check engine light in her vehicle The customer was offered a ride to her residence which she refused indicating that she would walk One of our lot personnel followed her outside of the show room and offered to take her home a second timeShe refused the offer We arranged for the disabled courtesy vehicle to be towed hereUpon its arrival we were stunned at the appearance of the vehicleAside from the clutch issue, the vehicle had numerous scratches and dents all over itThe back driver's side taillight was broken, the rear bumper was dented and had two puncture type holes in it, the front bumper was hanging off and the rear passenger side wheel rim was bent and damaged as though it had hit a curbA little over miles had been put on the vehicleAs previously mentioned, Deals On Wheels would never purchase a vehicle in this conditionI have included a photo of this vehicle taken from our web site as it looked prior to loaning it to the customerAlso attached are photos that were taken of this vehicle after it arrived here on AprilS, showing the damagesThe estimate for the repairs came to $1,A copy is attached At no time during the meeting held on April 25, did the customer indicate to either our General Manager or to [redacted] that she received this vehicle in the condition which it was returned to us inShe claimed that she did not return the vehicle to us when she noticed the clutch beginning to slip because the felt there was still some miles left on it before it would cease to operate This is obvious that there was a conscious choice made to continue driving the vehicle without regard for its condition When asked about the taillight and rear bumper damage, the customer claimed to not have noticed it, stating that she did not get off her job until midnight and since it is dark at that time, she could see nothing It is rather hard to perceive that this vehicle was driven over miles in approximately one month and all the damages that occurred were never noticedThe customer is now intimating that this damage could have occurred after the vehicle was disabled on the side of the road prior to it being towed to our facility She was asked to pay for the clutch because had the vehicle been returned to us when the problem first occurred, the repair could have possibly been an adjustment as opposed to a complete replacementJust as with the check engine light in the vehicle she purchased, operating a clutch continuously after noticeable slippage can only result in further damage to the point of replacement This is not wear and tear, it is the disregard of an obvious situation that required immediate attention The meeting ended with the General Manager and the customer agreeing that the clutch repair and the damage to the taillight and rear bumper would be paid for by the customerThe customer stated that she wished to speak to her mother to see if she would be able to help her in any wayThe General Manager offered to allow the customer to make payments on a weekly basis against the repair costs rather than try to come up with a large amount of money at one time At no time was the customer's vehicle "held hostage" She stated in her complaint that she was late for work; the General Manager assumed that she had to get to her job and would return on Monday April 28th to finalize the arrangements for the courtesy vehicle repairs and to pick up her vehicle when more time was available to herHer repaired vehicle was available then as it is nowShe is free to come and pick it up anytime during our business hoursThere was never any intention to keep her repaired vehicle for any reason whatsoever On Monday April 28, instead of the customer returning to our office, a letter was hand delivered to us in the morning directed to both our General Manager and Sales ManagerIn the letter the customer denies any responsibility for the condition of the courtesy vehicle she was usingShe further demands the return of all of her money for the vehicle she purchased If we did not agree to the terms outlined in the letter, further actions would be taken against us which included copies of the letter the received being sent to various state agencies, local political figures and the news mediaThere are veiled threats of litigation as wellA copy of this document is included with this correspondence Deals On Wheels and Deals On Wheels Service Corporation was certainly not un-sympathetic to the customers issues with her vehicle, otherwise we would not have gone above and beyond what any other dealership/repair facility would have done given the same set of circumstances We had expected that when we extended the various courtesies to this customer, the same would be reciprocated in the form of the care and consideration of the vehicle that we loaned her to use even though we were under no obligation whatsoever to do so Instead the customer has elected to take absolutely no responsibility for the actions, decisions and judgment she chose to make in this entire situation Deals On Wheels, Inchas repaired the damaged vehicle at our expense so that we may be able to offer it for saleThe matter is currently under review by our attorneyNo decision has been made as of yet regarding what, if any, actions may be taken Deals On Wheels, Incand Deals On Wheels Service Corporation is under absolutely no obligation to comply with the customers desired settlement and will not be doing soThis decision is firm and will not change Further correspondence regarding the damages to the courtesy vehicle will not be addressed unless it involves repayment for the repairsAs previously mentioned, the customer may pick up her vehicle during our regular business hours
I sold a vehicle to [redacted] on 12/5/He and his mother came inI let them both take the vehicle out alone for a minute test driveWhen they arrived at the dealership they immediately came in and said they love the vehicle and want itI asked and they stated that the loved the vehicle and everything checked out just fine so the deal was completed and all paperwork was signed including an as is warranty claimWithin hours mom called me, she isn't even on the paperwork, and said there is a rod knocking in the engine I said to bring the vehicle in and let my mechanic check it outI gave them another demo to drive while that process was happeningThe mechanic checked it and said there was a minor rod knocking but it just started and said the car should last another 4-yearsIn return of my offer I offered 2-other vehicles that were worth more value than his current truck and the son was ok with that but the mother didn't want to listen to more offers and never once came into the office to discuss other optionsShe immediately went to Facebook to bad mouth the company instead of coming into the office and discussing all the possible optionsA whole week went byI asked the son to come in to discuss options and he did by himselfHe was ok with looking at other vehicles and even mentioned one on the lotI made him an offer, he went back home and told his mother the offer and she did not want to hear about itShe only wanted his money back even though she wasn't on any of the paperworkI sent them the title in the mail since they did not want to negotiateOverall the mom was speaking for the son and the son told me personally that he wished his mother would just stay out of itOverall the company bent over backwards to help the son out and offer other vehicles that were worth more but mom and son never came in as a group to discuss options
I am rejecting this response because: I know that I am not their first victim that they manipulated, lied to and took advantage of and I know I haven't the last and I feel they need to be stoppedThey treated me like I was garbage and like I had done something wrongI tried numerous times to get in touch with the owner [redacted] and they kept telling me he was unavailableI could not get anyone to help me resolve this matter, they kept telling me to go ahead and keep the car until [redacted] gets back into town and we will go from there [redacted] never once returned any of my calls and the salesman [redacted] was extremely rude and disrespectful in the way he treated meAfter my numerous attempts to get this matter resolved I had found several different cars at other dealerships but I could not get my money back from Deals On Wheel that is what [redacted] had told me when they realized they had made an error with the vin # ers on the car they sold me [redacted] apologized and said go ahead and drive until you find something else either from our lot or somewhere else and then bring the car back and I will give you your money backThat is what I did, I found another right away at another dealership and then I was unable to get in touch with *** [redacted] kept giving me the run around telling me that [redacted] had to be there to authorize itHe kept harassing me telling me that we had I to get this matter resolved but then he would say [redacted] has to handle it and he is out of townThis kept happening for weeks and several different automobiles I was interested in purchasing but I could not get my money back from Deals on Wheels so the cars would be sold to someone elseThen finally just before days was up I was worried about the first payment that was due so I went down to Deals on Wheels and [redacted] was there and he humiliated me in front of customers saying that if I did not bring the car back within hours he would contact the police and report it stolenI told him he can have it back but I want my $back that [redacted] had promisedI have the signed contract stating that I gave them $cash and I see they have wrote out a bogus receipt that says I only gave them $I had a friend with me that will testify on my behalf that I gave them $cashThe receipt that they sent you for $is bogus this is the first time I ever saw thisDeals on Wheels is a disgrace to our community, they are complete con artist and I believe this business could possibly be a front for other illegal activity Thank you, [redacted]

Take the vehicle to a trusted mechanic for a quick look over before you buy itMy father bought a Chevy GVan from these guys for about $*** dollarsThe breaks where shot, the speedometer dose not work, the transmission is leaking and I'm amazed it even passed inspection (which I have been told the only reason it did is because the business does business with a particular mechanic whom will pass anything on their lot irregardless of weather it should be on the road or not.)
I bought a car from Deals on Wheels last year The sales person who sold me my car was very helpful She was patient and didn't try to pressure me into buying a car that didn't fit my needs We found the perfect car for me that fit my budget and lifestyle I was very impressed with the quality, service, and price I would highley recommend buying a vehicle from them I know when I need another vehicle, I will buy from them again
You saw the the Mazda I parked on the street advertised for $I explained there is a ticking noise and you drove it with a friendWe agreed on $and I explained I just bought it and should have the title available shortlyYou said you lived in Illinois and I explained an inspection
is not requiredYou returned because of the Check Engine light and I scanned and reset itWhen you asked for a refund, I explained it was an AS IS sale and I have been calling and texting you to get the dealer tags back
*** *** did not purchase a vehicle from Rico's Auto BodyShe does not have a valid complaint against our company and this should be removedThank you
