After searching our system for the correct customer account, we have credited this account and have refunded the full amount of her service plan and the account has a $0 balance. Our apologies for the mix up as it took a couple of days to verify the correct account.
We have received the above mentioned complaint from your organization that was registered by Mr. [redacted]. We have attempted to contact Mr. [redacted] by telephone as well as email to discuss this issue with him. to date, we have not received a return phone call or response via email from him....
Although his installation was completed before our fall promotion began we will be applying a 50 gallon credit to his account per his request listed in the complaint. we have communicated this to him via both voice mail and email.
