We performed an annual tune for the customer on 1/5/The tech spoke with the customer and told the customer that the unit did not qualify for the presidential plan but did qualify for the other plans The invoice the customer received was for the tune up which they had requested (it was not a “fee” for an inspection) We apologized that our web site was not more specific on the conditions for qualifying for the presidential plan The customer appreciated us reaching out and was given a $courtesy credit off the annual tune upWe believe this has been resolved to their satisfaction

We have received the above mentioned complaint from your organization that was registered by Mr [redacted] We have attempted to contact Mr [redacted] by telephone as well as email to discuss this issue with himto date, we have not received a return phone call or response via email from him Although his installation was completed before our fall promotion began we will be applying a gallon credit to his account per his request listed in the complaintwe have communicated this to him via both voice mail and email

We spoke with the customer yesterday and explained where the error occurredWe are applying a credit for the tune-ups performed to the customer's leased equipmentThe account is no longer on hold

The heater was repaired on February 1, We have contacted the customer on February 9, to ensure the unit is still functioning properly

The Market Manager for the Brunswick office spoke with the customer regarding the credit that is owedA check will be issued for the refundThe customer understands that it could take up to business days before she receives the check and she is fine with thatThe manager will follow up with

not a “fee” for an inspection).   We apologized that our web site was not more specific on the conditions for qualifying for the presidential plan.  The customer appreciated us reaching out and was given a $50 courtesy credit off the annual tune up. We believe this has been resolved to their satisfaction.
