I called the company to take advantage of a special for an air conditioning inspection. I got an next day appointment, [redacted] the technician came out and inspected the unit. He was very courteous and professional. He found the unit to be in very good working condition. It had not been serviced in fifteen years. I decided to sign a service agreement which saved me money. He cleaned the coils and will be back in the fall to check the heater. [redacted] was very knowledgeable and took care of everything quickly and efficiently.
The maintenance service provided by [redacted] on behalf of D & H was excellent. I especially appreciate his courteous demeanor and clean cut appearance.
We had a technition out this morning for our yearly maintainence checkup on our furnace and air conditioning and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained what he did. We were very pleased.

[redacted] is personable, knowledgeable and was helpful in answering all our quex about the thermostat. D&H service reps always upsell a product, but never aggressive or pushy.
This time it was a device to super clean the air, around $1000. They are pleasant if you don't want the product or service.

Repairs were done on a Monday and the initial visit was the Friday before so they don't waste time. I would recommend this company/

[redacted] has been my service man for several years and I always look forward to his service call. He is always polite, on time and is very competent and his skills. They also arranged a warranty repair that covered both labor and parts so that our out of pocket costs were negligible. D&H heating and air has done our A/C maintenance for years. Service tech today was prompt, competent, courteous, and cleaned up after himself.
