We were having trouble with our heating unit not coming on. Having done business with D&H Air Condition & Heating Company in the past years we contacted them (they are a totally awesome company). [redacted] the technician that arrived at our house, was also a totally awesome technician. Very professional in all ways - appearance plus the way he spoke to me and treated me. When he inspected our HVAC unit (dual unit - heating & air conditioning) he was very honest in not trying to just tell us one part was needing to be replaced and getting us to fix/replace it. [redacted] took lots of inside pictures of the unit from all sides to show us the extensive wear of the unit. Believe me the pictures greatly showed the unit needed to be replaced. Any other technician could have told us to replace the one part and then months later we could have had to replace another part and this happen again and again given the extreme wear to the unit. [redacted] did not do this to us. He was totally honest, showed me the pictures and then sit down with me and thoroughly explain what each and every picture was. When he finished I felt very informed of what was going on and knew the best thing to do was replace the unit. I feel totally trusting of [redacted]. On a side note - I have two pugs who love to be petted. He took time to pet them and they just loved it. One of them is blind and he was so gentle with that pug. When he left the pug that can see was looking at him like hey where are you going. [redacted] fit in like a friend of the family. GREAT JOB ELMO!!!!!!
The D & H technician arrived on time, we agreed on what he was going to do (routine maintenance) and he promptly advanced to the roof. When he had finished his work he told me of several areas that could use attention but assured me that the unit was running well at this time. Best, he showed me pictures on his phone of the areas that could use attention. It was easy to see what he was talking about from the pictures that he showed me. He then explained the service contract which I will seriously consider.
I would recommend D & H to others.
The team arrived promptly and explained everything that they were going to do. They carried out the work with minimum disruption to my household. I would definitely use them again.

We purchased our HVAC system from D & H 15 + years ago and have had service contracts with them ever since. We had a problem three years ago where a technician left a task incomplete. Before the day was over a D & H supervisor was at our house, ordered a replacement gasket, had the gasket air shipped to Tucson AND didn't charge us labor or parts AND gave us a full year of service contract at NO CHARGE. Now really, how can you do any better than that?
