Customer contact us about the product saying it was damaged.? We asked him to provide pictures of the productHe did so but they were not clear and of the whole product and he refused to retake them.? We also authorized his return stating he would be getting $back as a refund for
doing so.? He then returned the product back to us and it was in the condition stated on the website so we refunded him the $as agreed.? This amount was minus the shipping and restocking fee take out because it was not damaged during shipping.? I have included our email to him as proof of our documenting his returns process and what amount he would be receiving back.? I can also provide proof of his refund if necessary.?

I am rejecting this response because: As your story continues to change, this is actually kind of humorous nowI am finding this funny, both sad and funny? First, you guys said I refused to retake the picThen you said I never sent the pic to youNow, you FINALLY admit that you did receive the pic but that you asked me to send a pic of all the poles? However, No one asked me to send a pic of all the poles? &&&&& asked me to send a pic of the defect and that's what ? I did? The poles were defectiveThis is a broken record nowYou guys say the bamboo poles on your website show the same chipping defectThis is incorrectI just looked again at your websiteTHOSE were the poles I wantedNot the chipped, peeling defective poles I received? Again, this is getting laughable? For me this is about the principle, not the money? Again, why does one of YOUR employees feel that my return was not handled properly? Why is &&&&& ? on my side? ? &&&&& was trying to get me a fair amount but her supervisor signed &&&&'s name on her day off? Her supervisor emailed me, posing as &&&&&, according to &&&&&? I have all the email evidenceYou guys are changing your storyI'm not? You guys chose to mail me? defective poles? You should bear the cost of all the shipping? Having said that, from day one, I never insisted on you guys paying ? the entire $? I would have accepted a fair and reasonable amount, a compromise? $is nothing anywaysFor me, ? this is about the principle? For you guys, it appears to be ? about the moneyShame on you.?

[redacted],I just got notice of your complaint from the Revdex.com.org and I'm sorry we didn't see it before but I still want to be of help if I can.  I don't have your information in our website database as having ordered from us.   Can you please provide your order number if you want me...

to look into this further?

To send replacement like Andrea said or provide refund we still need pictures.  This was the condition upon which the replacement has always been.  Without pictures or product back we are just spinning our wheels here and getting nowhere.  Please provide proof of the damages and we can help you.

[redacted],Thanks for the the picture.  We did receive this picture but as we stated before it is not sufficient because it is only 1 or 8+ branches that were in the bunch. We asked you for a picture of the whole bunch which you did not do.   When we got product back this appears to be the only one with these chips out of it and even our website picture shows chips out of the branches like this.  We are not trying to hide this fact that some of the branches will come this way.  We would have refunded you for the one with chips out of it if you wanted to keep the rest but that wasn't the case so we explained what the refund would be and did just as we explained to you via email. We didn't have enough picture evidence or information to do anything else. We felt like you didn't want to work with us to resolve this situation quickly.  We really did want to help get it taken care of. Thanks, Mike

[redacted], As we stated before in email we just suggested that a little bit of wood glue should fix a small piece of bark coming off and would be easier than returning for replacement. If that won't fix the problem you can reply to this ticket and attach the picture of the product damaged so we can...

see the problem and take care of it. Your refusal to send pictures of proof of these spots and demanding we refund you without photo proof of damage or return the product is what is preventing this from being resolved.  Although you state you have a disability that does not except you from our policies and needing proof or return before replacing the product.  I'm sure Walmart would state the same.    I'm sure someone around you can take a picture with a camera or phone and send it to us.  It would be easier than returning the product to us for inspection but we have to have one or the other for us to move to the next step and resolving the problem. Please let us know what you would like to do. Thanks,Sales Team

I am rejecting this response because:  I already have been granted a replacement without photos by Andrea who is the company manager.  I declined the replacement because Andrea hung up the phone after I asked for the owner.  These responses are from the CEO who titles his email as Mike R[redacted], Sales Manager.  Mr. R[redacted] is aware that Andrea already offered a replacement.  Walmart is not this company.  Mr. R[redacted] is writing about Walmart rather than addressing a first time customer's request for a full refund and a pick up of the entire order due to a judgment by Mr. R[redacted].
Sincerely,

I'm sorry you reject our response.  All our terms are on the website and they are very similar to the ones Amazon uses.  I have told you before we didn't use any chemicals and you won't believe me so I don't know what else to tell you.  If you want to return I suggest you do it before the time period runs out as we will not be accepting returns passed the return period per our online policy that you accepted when you purchased from our store.
