When we damaged our garage door in January we contacted Kaiser for an estimate. We discovered that our builder had changed vendors so Kaiser had to special order replacement panels. The installer did a great job and made sure there was no additional damage to the rails or the garage door opener. Everyone we dealt with were extremely friendly and professional. The repair was completed in a timely manner at a reasonable price

He replaced frayed cables, straightened the bent track, realigned the sensors and lubricated my 48-year-old wooden garage door. It works like it's brand-new.

Our garage door came "unhinged" on Thanksgiving Day, creating both a security problem (door would not close) and allowing 32-degree temps into garage space. Went to Kaiser's web site and submitted an email service request. The very next morning, we received a call from Kaiser and service technician was dispatched. Within a couple of hours, all was repaired. We have used Kaiser in the past and would highly recommend them.
My garage door was a complete mess and completely inoperable. The technicians fixed everything and installed a new motor in record time. Very pleased!!
The sales rep was thorough and covered all our options. The installer was on time, efficient and explained everything we needed to know about the operation of the door. The door, motor and hardware are exceptionally quiet and sturdy. I would recommend this type of door and KGD&G.
I was experiencing problems with my garage door not closing properly when activated. I contacted Kaiser Garage Doors and they sent a service technician out. Rather than replace the entire motor and track, which most repair companies opt for as the first option, they tried all other available options to repair the door first without any additional charges. Unfortunately, after 16 years, the motor and track did require replacing. They replaced the motor and track in less than 1 hour. I have used them over the past 16 years to replace worn parts and they have always been very prompt and professional. Most companies first option is to recommend replacement as more money is involved. I did not experience that with Kaiser Garage Doors.

I worked with a sales rep to arrange for two new openers. He provided useful unbiased information about different options. The quote for the openers selected was reasonable. The installer arrived on time. He was friendly and competent and answered all of my questions. He went the extra mile in setting up the door control units and Homelink system. The install was professional. I called my sales rep days later because I was having difficulty with the MyQ system. He volunteered to come to my house on a Saturday to assist me. He also offered advice which will make the system work after I install a Wi-Fi extender. I could not be more impressed. The openers installed were even better than expected.
